Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • One time cleaning fee of $95 is required for stay less than 7 nights, no charge for longer stay.
  • Check in time: 4 p.m. Check out time: 10:30 a.m.

    A $250 refundable security deposit and an initial payment of 50% of total rental fee are required as soon as booking is confirmed. The balance must be received 30 days before date of arrival. If booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival time, $250 refundable security deposit plus 100% of rental fee is due at time of booking.

    A valid credit card is required at time of arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card. The full security amount will be refunded within 15 days of departure contingent on satisfactory report of the unit, no items missing or damaged and no smoking inside of home.
  • Cancellation Policy:

    If booking is canceled up to 30 days prior to arrival date, 50% of initial rent deposit and full amount of security deposit will be refunded. No refunds other than the security deposit will be given on cancellations less than 30 prior to arrival time. If balance is not received within the specified time, the owner reserves the right to cancel booking without any refund of the initial rent deposit. No refunds will be given for late arrival / early departure. We strongly suggest the purchase of traveler’s insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances. Rates are subject to change until confirmed.

After my stay at the vista caye unit I will give it three thumbs up if there were such thing.
Whoever furnished and decorated those units did so with everything in mind. I will be dack and I alsowill highly recommend the properties to anyone but especially my friends.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at your condo! We were attending a convention at the OCCC and were so pleased with the luxurious accommodations and warm welcome from the management company. This was definitely a better option than a regular hotel room. The beds were really comfortable and having the full kitchen and washer dryer gave us a sense of comfort after a long day at the tradeshow. We saved so much time and money! We will definitely be staying with you again soon!

Excellent place to holidays

I spend new year eves in Orlando and choose this unit. Everything is as the pictures. The place is very comfortable, clean and with every little detail to make your stay perfect. If you have kids, fits you too, from movies to toys even for the pool. The owner is really nice, this is the second time I stay with them and the all process is quick and the service is great.

I recommend this unit for an excellent holidays.

Perfect Home Away from Home to Spend Christmas

Our family of five came from around the Southeast to spend Christmas together in Orlando, and this was a perfect place to call home for the week. The unit was quiet, clean, and had enough space for everyone to spread out and relax. The pictures are a great representation of the condo.

The owner was prompt and attentive throughout the entire rental process, from the booking to our arrival, all the way through follow up. They are very much focused on customer service, which was very reassuring to us as we were traveling in from out of town during a very busy rental period.

The location is convenient if you're planning to spend time traveling to any of the surrounding theme parks. We were just minutes from Sea World, and Universal was not much further away. Disney World was a short trip down I-4. We enjoyed our week together in Orlando in this great home.

EXCELLENT VACATION HOME

Your place was a dream come true vacation surprise for my mother as she celebrated her 70th birthday. She felt like a queen for the days of our stay. I will definitely return to your property at Vista Cay when I return to Florida. The unit was PERFECT. The themes in each room were wonderfully planned out. Again, thanks so much!!!!!
