QUIET, GROUND FLOOR LUXURY CONDO IN NORTH SCOTTSDALE

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. It was very clean and quiet, and the location was perfect as our homebase as we traveled around the Phoenix area. We've been very pleased with all our HomeAway choices! Highly recommended.

We had read the reviews about Dave and Marilyn's condo in Scottsdale, saw how much we would save over our 12-day stay and made the easy decision to make this our Home Away. Everything written in previous positive reviews was true -- we were NOT disappointed. The purpose for our trip required that we spend a lot of time sequestered in the home and it was so comfortable! This place allowed us to relax, prepare meals, do necessary laundry, take walks through the neighborhood, all in the same way we would in our own home.

There's an additional benefit to staying here, and that's Dave and Marilyn. Our plans were fluid, even after we got there, and they were most gracious to help us as we adjusted our schedule. Their email contacts were professional and courteous. Better yet, they were simply kind. We could tell that they cared and wanted our experience to be a good one.

Without question, we would stay here again. We highly recommend it!

My fiance and I just spent a week in Arizona to do some house hunting. This was our first time staying in a condo rather than a hotel. Amazingly we were lucky enough to find Dave and Marilyn's condo. We just love this place! I can say that from the minute we walked into this "home away from home", we were absolutely amazed. Everything was exactly as it was in the pictures, if not better. I was so happy that the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and things we would have never thought of. We had all the towels and supplies that we needed for the whole week and having a washer and dryer was so nice while on vacation. It was easy to find and so close to the highways, restaurants and multiple shopping centers, not to mention, the condo grounds were well kept, there are two great pools and quiet neighbors. The price was more than reasonable and the condo was very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. Also, the owners were very flexible and accommodating and we are so appreciative. Having all the comforts of home and so many conveniences, it made our whole trip more relaxing and enjoyable, despite the stressfulness of buying a new home. We haven't even moved yet and we are already telling friends and family about this fabulous condo for when they come to visit. We are returning to Arizona within the next month and are looking forward to staying in one of Dave and Marilyn's condos again.
