This villa was built in 2007 ,where old world meets new world ! it is a wonderful private home that is fenced and gated, it has most all amenities that one would need, and now has internet ! what did we do before that ! the beach which is 9 min away in Tamarindo where everything you need is, Large new American style supermarket, surf shops, tours, restaurants, bars, nightlife. There is a new JW Marriott Hotel and Spa just 5 min away from villa with world class golf course also , my neighbor a golf professional who will give lessons and possible discounts at course can also can take you on surf tours or surf lessons , just ask for more info on golf -surf tours and i can get you connected. The spa is also a fantastic addition to the area and just a few minutes from the villa which i have no doubt you will really enjoy 1st class spa treatment .

The Villa is 5 min from Hacienda Pinilla Golf club, and home to new JW Marriott completed Dec 08, the villa is 15 min to Playa Avanella where you might just meet Lola the 500 lb local pig who likes to splash around the beach and mooch beers off the customers at the little bar and great restaurant that is there,called Lola's ! it is one of the nicest beaches in all of Costa Rica in my humble opinion. The villa is in a great spot where you are close to everything , but once inside you feel like you are a million miles away from it all. Extreamly private ,peaceful and quiet

Tamarindo = Pura Vida: Tamarindo, Costa Rica. I have been going there for years and for a surf trips this is the place to be . The land of Imperial, surf, rainforests, eco-tourism and more, there is literally something for everyone. My first advice when traveling to Costa Rica is to decide where you want to visit before you choose your flights. Though not a large country, because of the roads, it can take a long time to get from place to place. So if you are going to Tamarindo then you will want to fly into Liberia, if you are going to Jaco or Manuel Antonio, then you will want to fly into San Jose. Typically, flights to San Jose are cheaper. That being said if you are going to Tamarindo and you leave early in the morning and fly to Liberia, you can surf that day, and also have a surf session the morning you leave. So essentially you can gain 2 surf sessions, or one day of adventure if you choose your airport accordingly. Tamarindo boasts a good night life , and 9 min from the vil
Ski:
With two major international airports now serving Costa Rica, cheap flights to and from the Central American nation are getting easier and easier to find.
For the rest of the country, San Jose’s Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO) in the nearby district of Alajuela, serves as the hub and has flights or transfers to flights to the regional airport, for anywhere else in the country.
If heading to the beaches in Guanacaste or Papagayo, Daniel Oduber International Airport (LIR) in Liberia is your best option and is just a short car or bus ride from the sun and sand. The rapidly expanding airport has added and keeps adding new terminals and runaways and soon it will be the hub airport for the tens of thousands of North Americans that have bought property on the Pacific coast. You can always take Sansa or Nature Air right into Tamarindo from Liberia, San Jose 15min and 30 min flights , then you are 10 min from Villa and can rent cars in Tamarindo
