Horse Ranch is a very quite area of homes with wonderful views and access to the Snowmass Club, with golf and tennis in the summer. Cross country skiing in the winter. It's own athletic club and a very welcoming family type atmosphere. There is also the Snowmass Recreation Center at the entrance of the Snowmass Rodeo area. Complete with a skateboard park, tennis, basketball courts and great pool for small children and adults. The rodeo runs every summer on Wednesday evenings. Your children will love it!
The home has a very open floor plan with full kitchen and living,dining, area's all open to be able to enjoy your family in one area and never miss what is going on.
The Master Bedroom and bath with large closet will be more than comfortable with privacy from the two bedrooms and media room on the lowest level. Across the hall from the Master is a very comfortable bedroom which could be used as a office or a bedroom for child, or couple. It has it's own bathroom with shower, as all the bathrooms do.
