The apartment is situated within 5 minutes by foot from the enchanting and lively avenue des Champs Elysées, 15 minutes by foot from the most Parisian of monuments, the Eiffel Tower, and 20 minutes by foot from the breathtaking Place de Concorde, the Tuilleries Gardens and world renowned Louvre Museum, plus a large variety of other wonderful Parisian monuments and sites.

The apartment is very centrally located providing easy access to just about every other area of Paris. Most notably, the apartment is a 5 minute walk from the main metro line located at the famous Arc de Triomphe (Metro line 1: Charles-de-Gaulle Etoile) that runs through the heart of Paris. This metro station is also the connection point for various other important metro lines leading to popular Parisian neighbourhoods, tourist sites and museums, and in particular Euro Disney. Most other major metro lines are within walking distance from the apartment or easily connected to by one of the closely situated metro lines.
