Enjoy sunset views from all rooms and romantic walks on the quiet beaches that are easily accesible through a private trail in the back yard. Kayaking, fishing, hiking, biking are also available. This breathtaking seaside cottage neighbors a 50 acre preserve with trails that lead to scenic views along the bluffs. This house was originally a boathouse that was pulled up from the beach and put onto a lot that was carved out of a huge sand dune. It has been completely renovated with an open air shower, fire pit, hot tub, cable and internet in all rooms as well as three large flat screen televisions. There is something for everyone. Whether you seek respite or adventure, a romantic getaway or a chance to create family memories that will last a lifetime, this is your next vacation spot.

This home is a 2 Bedroom beach house that is wonderfully decorated with beautiful upscale furnishing & amenities. It sleeps 4 people. It's available all year round. There is so much you're able to do when you stay in this home. Many sites are only 5 minutes away including Long Island Vineyards, Tanger Outlet Mall, Splish Splash Water Park, Atlantis Marine World, Long Island Skydive, and much more. If doing nothing is what you prefer, you can lay in the sun on your own Private beach in the summer months or sit and relax, with a glass of wine that you just brought back from one of the great vineyards. There is also a spa close by. Massages or facials, it's the perfect place to get pampered. If you would rather stay in, they can come to you!

All our homes are only minutes away from Long Island's Vineyards, East Wind Spa & long Islands famous farm stands or Atlantis Marine World, Tanger Outlet Mall, Skydiving, and much more. If you have the urge to go to the Hamptons or Montauk, you can easily do so. One straight road will take you to both destinations within 25 minutes. If experiencing New York City is what you'd like to do, it's only an hour and a half away. Being able to see it all is what makes our Long Island Beach Houses the perfect getaway. We are known for being #1 Bachelorette party or all girls weekend getaway as well as family reunions and weekend getaways because we are only 1 1/2 hr from NYC.If you are having a wedding out east this is the perfect place to house your guests.
