These 3 properties are situated on the outskirts of Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca on the very popular urbanisation of Jardin Del Mar V. Jardin del Mar is in a complex of houses and 2 storey apartments, with designated pool areas, situated approx 5 min drive from Torrevieja town centre and beaches and about 30 miles from either Alicante or Murcia Airport. They are also ideally placed for a short golf break with four courses all within a 20min drive of the apartment. There are bars, restaurants, Carrefour supermarket, the Habaneras shopping Centre, Aqua-park, Bowling Alley and a Sports Complex all within walking distance of this holiday rental property on the Costa Blanca. From March the New Indoor Torrevieja Market opens just a few minutes walk from the apartment and offers more than 50 shops and services all under the one roof, offering a touch of just about everything in one convenient place. Indoor Market Torrevieja is open Monday through Saturday inclusive, from 10.00am to 6.00pm and they don’t close for lunch. The Bar serves up a wide variety of goodies to go with that relaxing cup of café con leche or frosty libation, with both a full English or Spanish breakfast available, plus tapas and lots of bar snacks.

There is a 3 bed, 2 bathroom,2 solarium house available also nearby.This is a popular area close to salt lakes and nature parks, suitable for walking and cycling. There is a bus stop nearby with a regular bus service to the town centre and blue flag beaches. For security reasons calenders are not completed, please always ask for availability.Everything is within easy access so car hire is not essential

The Costa Blanca is an ideal location for a summer or winter sun holiday with an average of 320 days sunshine each year. Torrevieja is a fast developing Mediterranean coastal town situated approximately 30 miles from Alicante / Murcia airports on the Costa Blanca, in the south east of Spain. It is easily accessible due to the main N322 road and the A7 motorway .It is situated next to the sea in the south of the Valencian Community and it boasts lots of beaches, a natural park and salt lakes where there is an abundance of flamingos and other wildlife. Due to the vicinity of the salt lakes, Torrevieja benefits from a microclimate that has been a long favourite with the Spanish and Nordic tourists who come year after year for its beneficial effects. Torrevieja has even been voted as one of the best places to live by the World Health Authority.

Torrevieja: A popular place to stay, Torrevieja caters well for tourism, with plenty of activities on offer by day or night although it isn't a resort in the package holiday sense.The town provides first class facilities for lovers of all sports - there are golf clubs, a flying club, a variety of water sports and the municipal stadium with an athletics track, sauna and covered courts for tennis. Visitor numbers increase greatly during the summer months of July and August, and Easter is another popular time, it's no wonder with a fantastic climate, lots of restaurants and shops galore, Torrevieja is the ideal choice for a fun-packed holiday in the sun. It is also ideally placed for a short golf break, there are many professional golf courses within 20 minutes drive from the accommodation, notably Villamartin, Las ramblas and Campoamor.

Zenia Boulevard, the largest shopping centre in Europe which opened on 25 September 2012, is a five minute drive away. Zenia Boulevard has a traditional Mediterranean design, featuring more than 600 trees and 55 different plant species in the various gardens and open spaces which give colour to the shopping centre. Its layout is designed to reflect a typical Spanish village, with various “town squares” such as Plaza London Square or Plaza Mayor linked by “streets” lined with shops of every description.

The centre accommodates popular national, international and local brands such as the hypermarket Alcampo, Leroy Merlin, Tenpin bowling, Primark, Inditex with Zara and their other trademarks H&M, C&A, Deichmann, Guess, Geox, Swarovski, Punto Roma, Muerde la Pasta, Kiko, Druni and Marvimundo. There is a Casino there and childrens play areas.

If day trips are your thing then there is plenty to do and see around the Costa Blanca.

FREE Wi Fi ! Our ground floor duplex is on the outskirts of Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca on the very popular urbanisation of Jardin Del Mar V. It has its own south facing walled patio, can accommodate a maximum of five and is available for either short or long term holiday lets throughout the year.It has a very sunny south facing patio and light and airy lounge. It has a fully equipped separate kitchen (Not American style) The lounge has a chaise lounge along with a 32inch LCD TV with English TV, IPod docking station, collection of music CD's, DVD player, collection of DVD's, a PS2 with 30 games, board games and books. There is also a dining area which seats 5. For your comfort ceiling fans are fitted in all rooms. All of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated with bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage space. Available for use - bucket/spades, sun parasol for beach, beach chairs, beach mats, inflatables.If needed there is a hot/cold air conditioning unit in the lounge on a meter.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en août dernier dans cette maison ,proche des commerces ,carrefour, mercadona ,habaneras ... elle est conforme à l'annonce . Nous avons beaucoup échangé par mail avec Jackie , tout a été très clair avant d'arriver et sur place grâce à xxxxx . La piscine est magnifique et juste à quelques maisons. La terrasse est très agréable ,nous y avons passé la plupart du temps . La plage de la Mata se trouve à 5 km de la maison,accessible très rapidement en voiture . Nous repartirons l'été prochain mais nous aimerions être plus proche de la mer , peut être une maison de Jackie !?

It was hot hot hot when we stayed, south facing patio was a great sun trap. Property was clean and had everything we wanted down to PS2 and games for the boys and inflatables, cool box for the beach. Having free wi fi was great to keep in touch with home and get everyone to feel jealous, boys could have their fix on facebook. Would definitely recommend the property, does what it says and more, great customer service locally for any problems and emails answered within the hour

Really nice time

We stayed here in the summer with our granddaughter and grandson. It was very clean and immaculately maintained. Emails back and forth were answered quickly and efficiently. We loved the area, it had a lot to do for our grandchildren. The Ozone complex is a 15 min walk with lots of bars and restaurants and a bowling alley. Habanaras was closer with the top floor for children and Zenia Boulevard was 10 min drive, again with a loads to do for children.Liked the box full of beach things to use, cool box, beach chairs. Especially liked the dishwasher! Grandchildren loved the PS2 and games. Large pool with lifeguard was clean and never too busy. Thanks, we will come again

It was the most relaxing and spacious accommodation ever. I will definitly recommend anyone to take a visit to the property. I found it easy to access all major stores and beaches ... I would love to visit the accommodation again.

Great winter stay

We had a great 3 month stay over the winter. Property is south facing and really does catch that winter sun throughout the day. Heating was via the air con and only needed a few evenings. Property was clean and comfortable with English Tv and wi fi so we could keep in touch with family and friends, also for seeing what was on in the local area. Correspondence with owner was always quick and helpful with anything we wanted to know. Property is ideally situated for everything you need, car not neccesary. Bus one euro into town centre/beach or you can walk it in 40mins. Habaneras shopping centre within walking distance. we will be back next year. Next time hope to catch one of the many 3 day coach tours so we can explore Spain further

Excellent Apartment

Excellent apartment in a great location. The owners have thought of everything from WI-FI to cool boxes and parasols for the beach. A very relaxing place whether you want to stay in and relax or go out to the local restaurants (local chinese is very much recommended) The apartment has a terrace which i persume is south facing as you can catch the sun all day long or you can go to the local pool just round the corner for a dip! Id recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a holiday to relax but also have plenty of nearby enteratinment should you wish to venture out. Owners are very helpful and great information provided when you arrive.

Will definately be looking to go back next year.

Great place to stay

Apartment was exactly as described. Very clean and everything we needed was provided. Ideally situated, which meant we did not have to use car all the time. Plenty of restaurants and amenities within walking distance. Jenny and Trevor were great offering plenty of advice and useful information. We would definitely recommend for a relaxing home from home holiday and would stay again.
