These 3 properties are situated on the outskirts of Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca on the very popular urbanisation of Jardin Del Mar V. Jardin del Mar is in a complex of houses and 2 storey apartments, with designated pool areas, situated approx 5 min drive from Torrevieja town centre and beaches and about 30 miles from either Alicante or Murcia Airport. They are also ideally placed for a short golf break with four courses all within a 20min drive of the apartment. There are bars, restaurants, Carrefour supermarket, the Habaneras shopping Centre, Aqua-park, Bowling Alley and a Sports Complex all within walking distance of this holiday rental property on the Costa Blanca.There is a 3 bed, 2 bathroom,2 solarium house available also nearby.This is a popular area close to salt lakes and nature parks, suitable for walking and cycling. There is a bus stop nearby with a regular bus service to the town centre and blue flag beaches. For security reasons calenders are not completed, please always ask for availability.Everything is within easy access so car hire is not essential

The Costa Blanca is an ideal location for a summer or winter sun holiday with an average of 320 days sunshine each year. Torrevieja is a fast developing Mediterranean coastal town situated approximately 30 miles from Alicante / Murcia airports on the Costa Blanca, in the south east of Spain. It is easily accessible due to the main N322 road and the A7 motorway .It is situated next to the sea in the south of the Valencian Community and it boasts lots of beaches, a natural park and salt lakes where there is an abundance of flamingos and other wildlife. Due to the vicinity of the salt lakes, Torrevieja benefits from a microclimate that has been a long favourite with the Spanish and Nordic tourists who come year after year for its beneficial effects. Torrevieja has even been voted as one of the best places to live by the World Health Authority.

Torrevieja: A popular place to stay, Torrevieja caters well for tourism, with plenty of activities on offer by day or night although it isn't a resort in the package holiday sense.The town provides first class facilities for lovers of all sports - there are golf clubs, a flying club, a variety of water sports and the municipal stadium with an athletics track, sauna and covered courts for tennis. Visitor numbers increase greatly during the summer months of July and August, and Easter is another popular time, it's no wonder with a fantastic climate, lots of restaurants and shops galore, Torrevieja is the ideal choice for a fun-packed holiday in the sun. It is also ideally placed for a short golf break, there are many professional golf courses within 20 minutes drive from the accommodation, notably Villamartin, Las ramblas and Campoamor.

Zenia Boulevard, the largest shopping centre in Europe which opened on 25 September 2012, is a five minute drive away. Zenia Boulevard has a traditional Mediterranean design, featuring more than 600 trees and 55 different plant species in the various gardens and open spaces which give colour to the shopping centre. Its layout is designed to reflect a typical Spanish village, with various “town squares” such as Plaza London Square or Plaza Mayor linked by “streets” lined with shops of every description.

The centre accommodates popular national, international and local brands such as the hypermarket Alcampo, Leroy Merlin, Tenpin bowling, Primark, Inditex with Zara and their other trademarks H&M, C&A, Deichmann, Guess, Geox, Swarovski, Punto Roma, Muerde la Pasta, Kiko, Druni and Marvimundo. There is a Casino there and childrens play areas.

Our ground floor duplex is on the outskirts of Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca on the very popular urbanisation of Jardin Del Mar V. It has its own south facing walled patio, can accommodate a maximum of five and is available for either short or long term holiday lets throughout the year.It has a very sunny south facing patio and light and airy lounge. It has a fully equipped separate kitchen (Not American style) The lounge has a chaise lounge along with a 32inch LCD TV with English TV, IPod docking station, collection of music CD's, DVD player, collection of DVD's, a PS2 with 30 games, board games and books. There is also a dining area which seats 5. For your comfort ceiling fans are fitted in all rooms. All of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated with bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage space. Available for use - bucket/spades, sun parasol for beach, beach chairs, beach mats, inflatables.If needed there is a hot/cold air conditioning unit in the lounge on a meter.Travel Cot available FOC

Real value for money

Real value for money is a rare thing these days but this property was certainly it.It was imaculate, comfortable and very well equipped and situated. The owner was very flexible with arrival and departure times and responded quickly to any queries i had prior to our holiday. The rooms were comfortable and well furnished, the patio at front of property was quiet and a real suntrap.
There were plenty of places to eat within a short walk, also good amenities for the children, the pool was really nice and only 30 seconds away.
Shopping was no problem and for people like us who don't drive there was a taxi rank only few minutes walk away. taxi's were reasonably priced clean and friendly.
Basically we couldn't wish for much else from a holiday property, if we go back to torrivieja ( depending if family move from there) we will definately try and book this property again, it does exactly what the advert says it will.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en août dernier dans cette maison ,proche des commerces ,carrefour, mercadona ,habaneras ... elle est conforme à l'annonce . Nous avons beaucoup échangé par mail avec Jackie , tout a été très clair avant d'arriver et sur place grâce à xxxxx . La piscine est magnifique et juste à quelques maisons. La terrasse est très agréable ,nous y avons passé la plupart du temps . La plage de la Mata se trouve à 5 km de la maison,accessible très rapidement en voiture . Nous repartirons l'été prochain mais nous aimerions être plus proche de la mer , peut être une maison de Jackie !?

This was a comfortable property very conveniently located for shopping and beaches. We found everything very clean and well equipped and could walk to shops and restaurants if we wished. I would recommend a car as then you can get to several lovely beaches within a short drive

Owner provided great customer service from the outset. Arranged taxis both ways from the airport . Sent some useful links on Torrevieja .also arranged for someone to be there to meet us at our holiday home. Property itself was clean and the owners have thought of everything that you would need to make your stay enjoyable. Would reccomend this property and would have no hesitation in returning. Thanks Jacki for making our holiday fantastic

Lovely stay

We thought the pictures of this apartment were touched up as everything looked brand new, when we got there we were really surprised to discover the photos were genuine and everything was brand new and very modern. It makes such a change to have a holiday rental in such good condition and with everything you need already there. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment and the caretakers took great care of us and explained how everything worked and where to go. The apartment was in a great position and the front patio was a real suntrap as promised. A perfect apartment for people with small children as you don’t need to worry about the stairs or them getting out onto the street as you can lock the gate and relax, they can’t get out.
