House, 5 Bedrooms, 4.5 Baths (Sleeps 12)

Our beautiful home has just built in Nov. 2010. Everything is brand New! With it's professionally designed ''reversed floor plan'' you will enjoy the gorgeous panoramic marsh view from the living room, deck and screen porch...the sunset is like a post card!

The house's top floor has an open floor plan connecting kitchen with dining and living area for a big family gathering and entertainment. The kitchen has a huge beautiful granite island table with five bar stools. You will like all the top of the line appliances for easy cooking and cleaning experience. The formal dining table can seat twelve. The living area has all leather sofas and large 55'' LCD cable TV. There is wireless internet through out the house.

The master bed room is on the top floor with a king size bed and big closet. Master bath has granite counter top and stone tile floor. The shower and jacuzzi tub is wonderful.

There are four bed rooms on the 2nd floor; two with queen beds, one with two queen sofa beds, one with a bunk bed. All the rooms have LCD flat screen TV's, bathrooms and showers. There is an elevator for handicapped and senior guests.

The whole house is very open, neat, safe and tastefully decorated to make sure our gusts will truly enjoy it as much as we do.

Fripp is a wonderful place to bring your whole family to, it has the best salt water marsh view in the south...even Hollywood recognized it by shooting films Forest Gump and Jungle Book here! Sitting on the deck you will see all kind of wild lives and driving around the island deers will come to greet you at your car window! Golf, tennis, biking, walking, swimming, fishing, crabbing, just mentioning a few things to do here. And the beautiful, quiet beach is just a few minutes of golf cart ride away. The historic Beaufort down town is best known for the souvenir shops and great southern cuisine restaurants. Come to Fripp and experience the best relaxed southern living!

We enjoyed a wonderful spring break in this FANTASTIC home! There are so many things about this house that our families enjoyed, but I would have to say that my favorite thing was the awesome familty space on the top floor. We have been vacationing at Fripp for 8 years (I would argue that Fripp Island is the best beach in SC), and we have stayed at dozens of great houses, but the den/kitchen/dining room of this home is hands down the best. It is is phenominal! It is big and open, with gorgeous views over the golf course and marsh, plenty of room for everyone to be together- it's not everyday that you get to see the sunset over the marsh while sitting in your living room!. This house is centrally located, so we could be at the parks, or the beach, or the pools in no time. Our kids enjoyed riding their bikes on the cul-de-sac (since the weather was a little cooler, we didnt spend as much time at the beach and pools as we usually do) and hanging out on the porches. This home has it all, and I am looking forward to staying in this home again!!

A Wonderful Week At Fripp!

We have had a wonderful week at Fripp and we've loved your house! The view is the most incredible we've had and we've been to Fripp many times. The sunsets are amazing. It's been fun to watch the golfers and the best part has been observing the wildlife. It's become a daily ritual watching a mama raccoon leaves the tree right beside the screened porch and returns at sunset.
Thank you for providing us with a relaxing and comfortable week at the beach. We really hope to return.

Wonderful Vacation Home

We had a wonderful stay at this home! It is on a very quiet road and the house was well equipped. We had 2 families staying there and we had room for everyone. Absolutely beautiful view of the marsh from the back porch! We loved seeing the raccoon climbing the tree out back every evening around 7 pm! Communicating with the owners was always very timely. We look forward to possibly staying there again!

Our family enjoyed getting together for Thanksgiving at this beautiful home with plenty of space to relax, prepare meals, eat, and sleep. We enjoyed touring the island on the golf cart and bicycles and playing games at the big table. The elevator was a must for our wheelchair bound mother (but a tight fit for her wheelchair).
