3 Bedroom Beach lovers Paradise! This Indian Shores condo is a great beach front vacation rental! Watch the FANTASTIC SUNSETS over the Gulf of Mexico from your covered 7th floor oceanfront balcony. Take a stroll on the beach, relax in the warm sun poolside, or soak in the hot tub, all just steps away. Fire up the BBQ grill for that fresh catch or burgers at the on site picnic area. The Living room and master bedroom open up to the beachfront balcony. Sleep comfortably in your large open master suite with king size bed, The second bedroom has two queen beds, and a double bed is in the 3rd bedroom. Linens and bath towels provided. The fully equipped kitchen has every convenience from home you desire. You won't miss a game on the cable tv and your family will be able to stay connected via internet during your stay on the beach. A washer and dryer is located inside the unit for your convenience.

Walk to several Indian Shores restaurants, shops and parks or rent bikes, a boat or jet skis. Visit the Clearwater Beach area for award winning beaches, amazing restaurants, nightlife, our local star “Winter” from “Winter’s Tale” at the Clearwater Aquarium. Enjoy wave runners, para-sailing, Segway, dolphin tours, deep sea fishing, dinner cruises at the Clearwater Marina. Make sure to go to the Pier 60 for the nightly sunset celebration. There are several area golf courses, only minutes away. Go to Johns Pass to experience their waterfront restaurants, fabulous shopping and water excursions. St Pete/Clearwater airport is 20 minutes away and Tampa International Airport is 30 minutes away. Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and the Florida Aquarium is only 45 minutes away. Orlando, Disney, Universal and Sea World, are all only 90 minutes away. Great view, dirty dishes

Everything in the condo was great except the dishes. The glasses, plates and cutlery were extremely dirty and had what a film all over the dishes. There was only 1 dish cloth and 1 dish towel. After scubbing the dishes without success the first night we arrived (which is not how I envisioned our fist night) we ended up buying disposal plates, cups and cutlery for the entire week. We emailed the contact for the condo but never got a response.

beautiful condo! we had a great time

We were pleased with this condo. We stayed at Sandcastle with 4 other families and out of the 5 condos, this one was definitly the best. A nice mix of a beachy feel and still was home-like. Had all the basics we needed in the kitchen. We had a few minor problems and they were promptly taken care of..great service from the management company. I felt it was a good value compared to places we have stayed in the past. The property seemed well maintained and the pool area is nice. There are many wonderful restaurants in the area.. our favorite was The Pub across the street and Kaddy's at Treasure Island. We would stay here again.

Unbelievable Views!

This was a wonderful vacation! The balcony provided spacious room and the views were the very best we've had on the gulf coast. We saw dolphins from the balcony on three different occasions!
The condo was spacious and the master bedroom was very large and comfortable. New flooring in the condo was beautiful and clean. Having washer/dryer was awesome too! Kitchen had all we needed, but could use some new flatware. Condo wasn't perfect - but it was perfectly functional and we had a wonderful time! Thanks to all who made this possible!

We enjoyed our stay. It fit the bill for a relaxing week. The apartment was as shown in the pictures, clean and furniture in good condition. The bathrooms and the furniture could perhaps use an update but it did not effect our stay. Felt more like home in that respect! The area and beach is perfect and you can walk for miles in either direction. There is a supply of beach chairs and toys to use if you are wondering. Lots of restaurants to try which we did and they all provided great food and service. Some are within walking distance although I would recommend having a car for this location. Large mall within 15 mins and also the Tropicana Field stadium is not too far either if you're a baseball fan. All in all we would go back especially to the area.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
