This outstanding villa is situated in a select area of Sierra Altea, with the beautiful historic old town of Altea (known as the jewel of the Costa Blanca) a few minutes drive away. Don Cayo golf course with bar/restaurant is 3 mins walk, and there are blue flag beaches, bars, restaurants, pavement cafes, markets, shops, water/theme parks a short drive away. Designed for all year round living, the exterior of the stunning villa provides multiple sunny private terraces, with al fresco dining, large private pool with roman steps, summer kitchen with Spanish paella BBQ, large Australian gas BBQ, log cabin complete with sauna/Jacuzzi/shower, children's play area. The interior is beautifully presented, with 2 double beds, 3 twin beds, sofa bed and 3 family bathrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen, 2 large modern lounges (tuck the kids away!) with tv/dvd/ps2/british satellite, 3 dining areas, log fire, central heating, air conditioning. The villa provides luxury, comfort and relaxation.

    20% deposit (minimum 250 euros) required on holiday bookings. Balance required 56 days before arrival.
    A damage deposit of 500 euros required.
    All bed line and towels are provided however a small departure clean and laundry charge will apply.
    Supplement of 80 euros per week for the use of the air conditioning.
