Cedar Hammock is a beautiful gated golf and tennis country club. It features condos, villas and homes surrounded by a private 18 hole championship, Lewis/Azinger Signature Golf Course. There are four lighted, Har-Tru tennis courts and lovely, lush grounds throughout. While this is a private community, guests may pay a golf transfer fee and enjoy the course during their stay. The community also has four swimming pools including one within a short walking distance of our condo. At the 22,000 square foot clubhouse, guests can enjoy fine dining, a bar, pool with spa, fitness center and many social activities. Also opening this fall is the new Grill Room offering a more casual dining experience.
Cedar Hammock is located just a short 10 minute ride from downtown Naples, its beaches, shopping and dining. Additionally, Marco Island and Bonita Springs are within fifteen minutes by car. If you are arriving by plane, Fort Myers Airport is a close 25 minutes drive to Cedar Hammock
Condo description, bedrooms: This private 4th floor, end unit condo, accessible by elevator and stairs, is beautifully furnished and fully equipped for total comfort and the convenience for our guests. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, master bath with shower, walk-in closet and an additional linen closet There is plenty of drawer space, a 34 inch TV and internet access.
Our guest bedroom has two twin beds, plenty of drawer space, a spacious closet and a 27 inch TV. Next to the twin bedroom is the second bathroom which includes a tub and shower. There is a pocket door at the entrance to the guest bedroom and bathroom making this area very private for your visitors.
Kitchen,living room sitting area and lanai: The living room features a sectional sofa, tables, a flat screen 44 inch TV and DVD/cassette player. Next to the living room and kitchen is a separate sitting area with a queen sofa bed and two chairs. The sitting area is excellent for entertaining. Our bright, sun filled kitchen has a dining room table and chairs that seats 6. The kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate any cooking and dining need. On the screened lanai, guests can enjoy beautiful outdoor views of Cedar Hammock while barbecuing on our outdoor electric grill and dining “al fresco.” For your additional comfort, there are ceiling fans in each bedroom, in the living room and on the lanai. Just off the living area is an enclosed laundry area with a washer and dryer. There is a covered parking space for one car as well as ample guest parking spaces.
Lanai view and storage shed: Our condo overlooks the green and fairway of Cedar Hammock Golf Course’s number one handicap second hole. From the living room, kitchen and lanai, you will also see picturesque views of a lake and an expansive wooded “hammock.” This unit is quiet and, because it is a top floor, end unit, it also has total privacy.
Directly across from our condo entrance is a large, walk-in storage area where we store bicycles, a set of golf clubs, beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrella, children’s beach toys, fishing rods, etc. all for the use of our guests. There is also a rolling beach cart to help you carry beach chairs, a cooler , umbrella etc. onto the beach.
