Circle Lake Estate consists of the main lakefront house and a wonderful guest cottage on the edge of Big Bear Lake. Many recent upgrades and improvements. This is a combination of two homes on the Northshore of Big Bear in the seculed town of Fawnskin. Internet is in both units-the smaller unit is wireless only and the bigger unit is wireless and Ethernet. There is a storage shed for all your water and snow toys. The main home (2000 sq ft) has four bedrooms and 2 baths, pool table and outdoor spa plus boat dock (dock is usually stored in the winter (Oct. thru mid-May) to prevent wind and ice damage. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher and a large dining table. The nicely decorated living room has TV/VCR/DVD and a great fireplace plus lakeviews out the windows. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the 2nd bedroom has aqueen and 1 bunk set. The 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds and the 4th bedroom has a queen size bed and one bunk set. There is one full bath upstairs, one downstairs and has a washer/dryer for your convenience. The upper deck overlooks the lake has a carcoal BBQ and patio furniture. The lower deck has a private 8 person spa in a glass enclosure overlooking the lake. The guest home (480 Sq ft.) is a romantic cottage with a king size bed and a queen sofa bed plus a TV/VCR and a gas stove. There is nice kitchen with a microwave and a 3/4 bath. These homes has a private dock with an 8 1/2 x 20 and a 10 x 20 slip. This is a perfect gathering for your next vacation stay in Big Bear. Turnday: Any.
