The third floor's Maui king-size bedroom with a large patio offers spectacular views of the ocean and sunset. You can relax on the upper patio with cushioned chairs and a round table and enjoy breakfast and evening sunset.

Villa comfortably sleeps 7-8 people, and we also offer a queen sleeper on the first floor to accommodate additional guests.

House is located south of Chankanaab Park and North of the Paradise Beach club, about 10 miles south from downtown Cozumel. The Villa is secluded and private and located near popular Paradise Beach club.
Snorkeling? Diving? You can jump into your favorite water activities right from the Costa del Sol Pier or be picked up by scuba diving boats. There are many shallow patch reefs just along the shoreline that are perfect for snorkeling.
