Located across the street from Shore Acres Lodge. This property (built in 1984) is part of a detached duplex on a common property. This unit is a two bedroom, two bath home with two queens and a twin sofa sleeper. The living room has a fire stove, TV & VCR. The full kitchen is modestly equipped. This unit has a shared fenced yard and driveway with the other half of the duplex. The detached duplex also shares a gate entrance to the property and a back gate entrance to the lagoon (this unit is on the cove area of the lake).You can walk to Shore Acres Lodge and use the Seasonal pool and spa, and use the dock and beach area. Good pets are welcome. Turnday: Any. Amenities: Pets Allowed, Pets Allowed, Fireplace, Fenced Yard, TV, Microwave & Coffee Pot, Full Kitchen, Charcoal BBQ, Seasonal Pool & Spa, Central Heating.
