This is an older 80s detached duplex located behind Cozy Hollow II and in walking distance to Shore Acres Lodge, this cabin sits right on the Mallard Lagoon. The living room has a TV/DVD and sofa bed. The bedroom has a Queen bed and a full bath. Sliding glass doors of the bedroom lead to a wrap around deck overlooking the Lagoon side of the lake. This unit has a shared fenced yard and driveway with the other half of the duplex. The detached duplex also shares a gate entrance to the property and a back gate entrance to the lake/lagoon (also called the cove). You can walk to Shore Acres Lodge and use the Seasonal pool and spa, and use the dock and beach area. Turnday: Any. Amenities: Pets Allowed, Pets Allowed, Fenced Yard, TV, Microwave & Coffee Pot, Single Story, Full Kitchen, Charcoal BBQ, Seasonal Pool & Spa.
