We enjoyed the Belmont Ave Guest House, cozy, quiet, and great
location with a short walk to dining. Being able to cook some of our meals was a great option that we took advantage of.
we enjoyed our stay very much. the proximity to downtown and local restaurants was fantastic. the house has great style and was very clean. the bed was extremely comfortable.
the only things that could be improved included the lack of places to sit and relax, and the lighting. we found it difficult to read, except in one spot in the tv room. it was only enough light for one person.
thank you for your hospitality.
My wife and I spent the weekend in the cottage; close to the downtown area; walkable for us. Cottage was quaint in a nice area;
Positives: Nice Bed, Nice Bathroom,
Negatives: Lots of dust on floor; a lot of cobwebs and dirt on A/C; TV could only get a few channels, could not find any drawers for clothing.
