This beautiful unit is conveniently located just steps from the Convention Center and several blocks from Pike Place Market, the location of the original Starbucks. Nearby tourist attractions abound, with monorail service to the Space Needle.

This condominium has hardwood floors, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a modern living room with leather furniture, and a tiled bathroom.

A 46 inch flat panel television in the living room is equipped with cable TV and premium Encore movie channels. Wireless internet access is also included free of charge.

The location was great, only about 5 minutes walk to downtown area. We didn't need the car at all. The condo was really clean and big enough for 5 of us staying there. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking some simple meals. We didn't know first and went ahead brought oil and some species. But they actually had them all. Since we had 5 of us staying there, They provided us a queen-size air mattress. It was pretty comfortable. Mike and Barb told me we can even use the laundry room on the 2nd floor. Overall, I highly recommend this place. We had a great stay there.

This was my first time not staying in a hotel. My friends and I stayed here for a basketball tournament. The location is awesome. The size of the place is perfect. Super clean. I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect location to everything downtown. Including the Pike Place Market.
Really nice condo and very clean.
Everything was truly perfect and I would diffidently recommend it if you want an outstanding trip to Seattle.

Restaurants, bar, shopping and freeway is walking distance. You don't need a car.
You can walk everywhere. Owners are nice and propt when replying to emails and phone calls. Safe area. Perfect getaway. I will deffinantly return and would suggest anyone from any age looking for a great experice. Thank you ; )

Great Stay, Great Location, Great Price!

My family had a great time in Seattle because we had a relaxing place to return to after every busy day. The condo location was perfect and the price was very reasonable for all the amenities. The nearby restaurants were excellent, so we didn't cook much. But when we did, we noticed that the kitchen had everything we needed from spices and cooking oil to cookware. There was even a waffle iron and rice cooker in the kitchen.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the condo. The condo was very clean and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The linens and towels were luxurious. Thanks for a great stay. We definitely will be back.
