This is just like a brand new condo! It has been totally remodeled on the inside. Everything inside this upper unit condo is BRAND NEW! It has also been beautifully decorated. Granite counter tops and knotty alder cabinets throughout. Brand new furniture and stainless steel appliances. Brand New full size washer and dryer. Living room consists of a 50 inch flat screen wall mounted plasma TV. Brand new theater style reclining sofa and 2 swivel/rocking/reclining chairs. Brand new wood coffee table , 2 end tables and kitchen table. Gorgeous wood pellet fire place with floor to ceiling stone. Brand new carpet and travertine tile. Our condo has upgraded cable package, phone service and free high speed internet/WI FI. Beautiful long deck with outdoor seating and BBQ grill. Great view of the tennis courts & driving range of Pinetop Lakes Country Club.

Kitchen: Brand new gourmet kitchen with stainless steel refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher and double sided deep sink. Beautiful knotty alder cabinets with self closing drawers. Elegant granite countertops. Fully stocked with service for 8 people. Also includes brand new cookware, toaster, coffee maker, roaster, blender, crock pot, measuring utensils, knife block, mixing bowls and tupperware.

Bedrooms: One master bedroom has 2 new pillow top queen mattresses. Brand new beautiful wood dresser and night stand. Brand new 32 inch flat screen wall mounted plasma TV. Other master bedroom has 1 new pillow top king mattress. Brand new beautiful wood dresser and 2 night stands. Brand new 32 inch flat screen wall mounted plasma TV with DVD player. This room also contains a custom granite vanity/desk. This room has a huge walk in closet. Both bedrooms have new reading lamps, bedding, electric baseboard heaters and ceiling fans.

Bathrooms: One bathrooms consists of a tub and shower combo. Granite counters and brush nickel finishes. The other bathroom consists of a newly constructed walk in shower. Granite counters with oil rubbed bronze finishes. Each bathroom have heaters for those cool Pinetop nights.

About Rob Davies

Our family has been enjoying the white mountains for over 30 years. Its where I learned to play golf with my grandpa, fish, ride bikes, and build forts in the forest with my cousins. Now I get to take my own kids and see them do the exact same things I did as a kid and enjoy pinetop just as much as I did. Its a great place to just relax and unwind. Skiing is only 30 minutes away and for the adventurer, you can take off in any direction and be secluded within minutes. My grandfather owned a condo just two buildings over when I was a kid. We had the opportunity to purchase this one and completely remodel it and make it our own. Now the circle of life is happening and my young children are making their own memories of pinetop just as I did when I was there age.

Wonderful condo!

We rented to condo over Spring Break and were extremely pleased. The location was great and the unit was spotless. The unit was updated with granite countertops and upgraded cabinets throughout and had everything you could ever need. Everything was very comfortable and the owner was wonderful to work with. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Absolutely as Advertised!!

This was a great experience from start to finish. Rob is so easy to work with and we will be back. The condo is in an ideal location for sun or snow activities. The view from the East facing windows is mesmerizing and the setting in the Pinetop Country Club is ideal.

I work for a large Four Diamond resort in the Valley and I don't know why anyone would stay at any hotel in Show Low, Pinetop, Lakeside or anywhere else in the White Mountains when you can rent this condo and vacation in style.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Perfect Choice in Pinetop!

What an amazing place to say in Pinetop! Our family needed extra space for relatives visiting AZ for Thanksgiving and this was perfect! Split floor plan made it comfortable for 2 couples to share the space and each room was well equipped with nice furniture, bedding, bathrooms, etc. You can tell it was recently renovated and well maintained. Very cute kitchen, nice living room furniture, flat screen TV, etc.

Exccellent!!!

We were so excited when we first booked this place, It is a very, very comfortable home. We enjoyed our stay immensely. House was clean, well equipped and had a fabulous view with a great deck to enjoy! at least we thought so....... Very good location.We had an excellent stay at the property, which was idealy located for the sunrise resort and restaurats.

Rob was SOOOO easy to work with.
I would stay here again in a second...and very much looking forward to going back. Thank you!!!
