Description of the Kissimmee vacation villa rental
This is a spacious luxury 3 bed Villa, on Eagles Point, Kissimmee. The villa is South Facing and boasts a beautiful lake view. It is on Disney's doorstep, and is ideal for shopping and restaurants on the 192. The vllla is appointed to a very high standard and also has two separate living areas. The Master Bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower. There is also a Queen sized bedroom, and a further twin bedroom with adjoining bathroom. It also has a formal dining area. The kitchen is well equipped and has a breakfast area. The utility room has a washer and drier, which leads into a spacious double garage. Probably one of the nicest villa's you will ever stay in. The Villa also has an excellent Property Management company, who can offer you help and advice on all that there is to see and do, should this be your first visit.

This villa is located approximately 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and is just off the 192. The screened pool is South facing and has a magnificent lake view. Many of the main attractions, including Disney, Universal and Sea World are all within easy reach. For those who enjoy retail therapy there are several large shopping Malls close by, and many restaurants. Kennedy Space Centre and various beaches are an easy drive away. There are also several Championship Golf Courses close by.

We are able to offer special rates for long term bookings i.e. one month and over. - Pool heating is available at an extra charge of £65 per 7 day rental period.
- A booking deposit of £100 per week is required to reserve the property. Payment of the full rental charge is required no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival. For bookings made within the 8 week period before arrival, the full rental charge plus the £100 depsoit is payable upon booking. A booking form will be sent with full details.

- Bedroom 1 (Master) situated off the lounge, has a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom, comprising a bath and a large walk-in shower. It also boasts a lake view. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are off the other side of the lounge, and share a second bathroom which has a bath with shower over. All have plenty of storage space.

Notes:
This spacious three bed villa has a screened pool with an alarmed access door to the pool area. Inside the villa all rooms have high ceilings and are individually decorated to a high standard. The villa is air-conditioned and the pool can be heated upon request and for an extra charge. The family room has cable television with DVD/CD player. To the front of the villa is the formal lounge and a dining area for six people. There is a fully fitted kitchen and a separate nook area with table and chairs for the less formal meal times. There is a utility room between the kitchen and the double garage in which the washer and separate dryer can be found.
