1bedroom, 1 full bath, upstairs- 1/2 bath, double, twins

Fun/Whimsical Bungalow, where you'd least expect it, on a quiet lane, abutting woods just 6 blocks to the harbor, and a short walk to the grocer on a foot trail through the woods! Car not necessary from this location. The livingroom, with window seat, has 30' cathedral ceiling and fan, many windows and french doors to covered porch- perfect place for morning coffee or after the beach snack. Dining and fully equipped kitchen with antique raised panel bar acts as extra counter/cabinet, with stools- a great place to hang out and keep the cook company (dishwasher, stack washer/dryer). A full shower/tub bath and bedroom with a queen complete this floor. Upstairs contains 2 separate sleeping area's and a 1/2 bath. One sleeping quarters contain a full bed, another with a set of twins. The staircase and second floor area has industrial style railing over looking the living room with flags, all the pomp and circumstance your Vineyard Vacation should have. Covered porch with wicker seating and a raised field stone garden terrace with perennial garden, flowering shrubs, seating with table, and grill to barbeque as the sun sets through the wood. Great Vacation/Great House

We rented the house in August, 2012 for a week and had a ball. Our kids are young and the youngest still naps in the afternoon. This was no problem as the property is only minutes from the village and the beach, making for an easy no-traffic trip back after the morning’s adventures. The house was as promised and even a little better than it shows in the pictures. It was clean, uncluttered and had a neutral feel that we liked. The patio is very nice as well and we enjoyed hanging out there during our down-times. The owner stopped by when we arrived to make sure we were settled in, had everything we needed and left her number in case we had any questions. All in all, we had a great vacation and would recommend this property to our friends.
