We rented this beach house for a long weekend and loved it! There is plenty of room for entertaining and the pool is wonderful. There's even a grass area where we were able to set up our corn hole boards. Unfortunately TS Debby was about to arrive and we did get some rain but only on our last day so we were still able to enjoy the pool. This house has everything you could imagine and is well suited for families with young children as well as adults. The owner was extremely easy to work with as well as his agent. I have recommended this house to many people already and if I ever have a need for a house in Jacksonville this would be the one I'd want.

Great Stay!

Jacksonville Beach is my hometown, so I know a good beach house when I see one. Even though its not beach front, its still exactly what I would expect! Ample room in living room, good kitchen stocked with appliances and necessities, and bedrooms have great light and space. Had a tropical storm to deal with during this weekend - which is highly unlikely to happen again for another 45 years! But, we still had a great time in the lovely pool and just being able to be with friends. Beautiful home and great property manager and owners!

I Love this House!

I have stayed here several times and will be going back for Spring Break.
The backyard is incredible. The pool is perfect for kids & toddlers. It has a great shallow end for toddlers to play in. There are pool toys & towels. The seating makes it a very comfortable atmosphere and the outdoor speakers just add to the fun. It feels like your at a resort.
The great room is great. Comfortable couch and great TV system. This is a perfect house for kids. There are toys, a crib, stroller and a washer & dryer!. Everything you need is here.
The bedrooms are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked so you don't have to run out for condiments that will just go to waste. There are plenty of dishes and kitchen items to cook & enjoy!
The listing description is accurate. It is a few blocks from the beach, restaurants & shops. The photos accurately reflect the Property, but there is more to see. The property is clean and well maintained. The owner assisted us in every possible way. They or their agent was available to help us with any questions or issues. I would and have recommended this property to friends & family! As far as activities and attractions nearby, we love to go to the Jax zoo, the water park, St Augustine, Mayport for great fresh seafood and of course, just walk down to the beach. There are concerts, museums and football games. Sawgrass Golf course is there for those who golf! It is just a great area and a great house.
I highly recommend it!

Just had to take a moment to write and let the world know what an enjoyable experience I, and my friends, enjoyed at this charming home in Jacksonville Beach FL. The house was very comfortable, clean, and the bedrooms were spacious and quite accommodating. Beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of linens and blankets as needed. The "fun" is on the back side of this home. The pool is magnificent! My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed cooking outside on the grill, enjoying our light jazz from the Bose sound system, and dining " al fresco" each day! We felt as though we had our own private resort pool all to ourselves! Plenty of chairs, tables and lounges for all. The television is great in the main living room, and there were options for movies, or music, or whatever mood we found ourselves in. The house is clean and neat and convenient to almost anything that could be of interest to a visitor. For those inclined to eat out one evening, I would recommend the restaurant 11th South just up the street a mile or two. Delicious! The beach is only a quick hop away - just a couple of blocks. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dishes and was quite user-friendly. The air conditioning system is superior. We were shocked to have needed it in early November!! I would recommend anyone to this property. It was a relaxing and comfortable setting with just the right element of fun built right in. Got a great tan, and would definitely return in the future for another visit!

Fun in Jacksonville

I found this location last minute on VRBO and the owners were very accomodating to help reserve the place as well as in spending time to provide guidance to the area to assure we had a great stay.

This is a fun house with plenty of room, a really nice TV room, beautiful pool in the back and a great location. The pool is a great place to relax outside of going to the beach. Beach is fun for doing some swimming/surfing as well as for some evening surf fishing, which is walking distance from the house. I also recommend going into town as their is some great music, restaurants and bars in JAX. Personally liked Pete's as a local hangout for some pool, foosball, pingpong, etc. This house had everything we needed, especially with the pool and the great location. For those who golf, TPC Sawgrass is nearby as well. I highly recommend this place for a fun family trip or to hang, relax and get some exercise with friends. Glad we found it!
