Correcte mais inconvénients non négligables

Situation géographique parfaite car proche des petits commerces et du centre de St Jean de Luz. Résidence placée dans un endroit calme sur les hauteurs de St Jean ce qui évite la grande route principale souvent bouchée en été. Gros bémol pour le parking car nous avons pu nous garer seulement 2 fois dans la résidence pour 1 semaine car place non attitrée et il nous a fallu placer notre voiture ( twingo ) en contrebas de la résidence et donc dans un endroit non sécurisé. Toilettes, cuisine et chambre corrects. Pour le salon sol dégradé par endroit car caché par la décoration. Vue sympa du balcon mais bémol sur le mobilier de jardin et l'étendoir qui sont rouillés. Aspirateur très ancien qui n'aspire plus donc difficile de nettoyer avant le départ. Pour ce qui est de la salle de bain, robinet de bain très ancien et tapis de bain non hygiénique. Kit de linge correct pour la semaine. Location correcte mais des points très importants à revoir.

Owner's Response: Place de parking effectivement non attribuée(celà est spécifié dans le contrat de location), mais de nombreuses places le long des trottoirs. Difficulté de stationnement rarissime, meme en pleine saison. Aucunes difficultés signalées jusqu'à présent par les précédents locataires.
Salon de jardin entretenu avant chaque saison (non rouillé à l'heure actuelle)
La robinetterie de la baignoire sera revue cet automne
L'aspirateur signalé en panne sera changé

très bonne location

cet appartement est extrêmement bien placé car il permet d'éviter tous les bouchons de la route principale et de se retrouver très rapidement au centre ville. L’appartement en lui même est très agréable et très très bien équipé (au niveau d'un logement à vivre en permanence).De plus la voiture est sur un parking privé et sécurisé.La mer est visible du grand balcon avec table et chaises, et la Rhune par la fenêtre de la chambre. le tout dans un joli parc arborisé. y aller sans hésitation .Patrice

APPARTEMENT TRES BIEN SITUE

L'appartement est situé dans une résidence verdoyante, au calme, bien décoré avec balcon face à la verdure, à proximité d'une plage et de commerçants de dépannage. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine où il n'y avait pas beaucoup de monde. Le centre se trouvant à 2 kms, une voiture est presque indispensable.
Nous avons trouvé la location absolument impeccable et avons été reçus par les voisins, des gens charmants. La propriétaire a eu la délicate intention de nous contacter durant notre séjour pour savoir si tout allait bien.
Nous recommanderions cet location sans hésitation.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la résidence sécurisée, le calme et l'environnement proche de la location.
Appartement impeccable, spacieux avec toutes les commodités;
Proximité du centre ville en voiture ou par le bus.
Pour nous randonneurs: proximité du sentier du littoral: excellent
A noter la grande gentillesse des propriétaires qui donnent des conseils de visites et des bonnes adresse.

    To formalize the reservation, two contracts already signed by the owner will be sent to prospective tenants. One of these contracts will be retained by the tenant, the second will be returned duly signed to the owner. It is only on this basis that the rent will be realized.
    The final reservation will take effect when the owner receives the deposit at his home, 8 days later after booking. Beyond these eight days, this proposal will be canceled and the owner will have the apartment to his liking.
    The deposit is entrusted upon arrival to the owner (or his representative). This deposit is in fact a security deposit by check NO DEBITED to respond if any loss, damage or other damage to installations, objects, furniture or other during the stay. This deposit will of course be made to the tenant no later than 7 days from the date of his departure, if there is no Domma
