1 bedroom, 1 full bath, sleeps 3 adults or a family of 4

Original Art Deco building that was built in the 1930`s and has been featured in movies such as Scarface and the Birdcage. Completely remodelled in 2006 into 19 luxurious units. This unit is very bright and large at 750 sf.

The building is directly on Ocean Drive between 12th and 13th, so it`s in the heart of the Art Deco famous strip. A car nor taxi rides are necessary from this location as everything is within walking distance both day and night.

Countless restaurants, shopping and nightlife line Ocean Drive and of course it is on the Ocean, so the beach is directly across the street.

A king size bed with beautyrest elite mattresses, two couches and a futon. There is a full kitchen with full size appliances. The unit has porcelano flooring throughout. Table seats 4.

Bathroom is very large, with a seperate shower and soaker tub. There is a double vanity sink and a seperate water closet and bidet. A washer and dryer are also within the unit for added convenienc

Place to be: South Beach is a very large geographic area, which means that having a car or expensive taxi rides are the only alternative for most visitors. Staying on Ocean Drive, puts you in the centre of all the buzz of South Beach. The beach is directly across the street, so no walking several blocks to get to it. Also, the restaurants, shops and night life run along Ocean Drive and surrounding streets. So you can go to the beach in the say and go to a restaurant or get a drink during lunch and be ready and out for the town by dinner.

The building is also very quiet as there are only 19 units and it`s all new construction (windows, interior walls, etc), so once inside the building you can escape the buzz and have the quiet you may be seeking.

Regardless of the type of vacation you are looking for, if Miami Beach and specifically South Beach is what you are looking for, then you will be very happy at this location.

Great location, Great comfort

Great location for everything: the beach across the street, right on Ocean drive, restaurants nearby, Lincoln road very near...shopping!!
I was scare for the noise on ocean drive, but this condo revealed to be very quiet. The Carlyle is an Art deco building very beautiful and well maintened. The comfort of this condo is just great, even the beach chair are confortables and easy to carry.
The unit is clean, the bed linens and towels are new and all the appliances are clean and work well.
We will be back next year for sure!!

My wife and I stayed at Debbie's condo for 3 nights and couldn't have been more pleased. The location is great being right on Ocean Dr. with Lummus Park and the beach right across the street. We had a car but never used it as everything we were looking for was within walking distance, especially some really good restaurants. We loved Grillfish. We liked the unit's size and contemporary furnishings and everything was as advertised. Debbie is great to work with and very helpful. All in all just a great place to stay in South Beach.

Outstanding Condo in Perfect Location

I visit South Beach at least once a year and usually stay in hotels, however I wanted to try something new this time and decided to rent a condo, and I am so glad I did!

The location is perfect - on Ocean Drive right across the street from the beach. The quality of the condo is superb and matches the online description and photos exactly. The place is ideal for 2 people and has everything you may possibly want: huge bathroom, full kitchen, separate living and bedroom area, and even washer & dryer. It felt like being home away from home. The building is secure and very quiet. There are multiple grocery stores located nearby, so you can stock up on food & drinks and store everything in the full size fridge that’s in the unit.

The owner of the condo (Debbie) was very responsive to all of my emails and I didn't have any problems before, during, or after my stay. I am recommending this condo to all of my friends and family, because it is truly phenomenal. I definitely plan on staying at Debbie’s condo again whenever visiting South Beach.

The description and photos of the unit matched exactly what was advertised. The unit was spacious, luminous and clean. It was great to have all the comfort of a home while on vacation, we could make our own meals and even return home with no dirty laundry! Wifi connection was fast too. All staff members at the reception desk and valet parking were helpful and friendly, the owner of the unit answered all our queries in a timely manner. A plus, the art piece by Matthew Lew, I loved it!
It was a pleasure to walk along Ocean Drive & Lincoln Road, either by day or by night, and we had the beach just a block away. All in all, a most pleasurable experience. I'd definitely recommend this unit to friends and family ;)

How wonderful, makes a perfect holiday

Wonderful condo, ideal for two people. Just across the road from the beach and yet central for all amenities in South Beach. The condo itself was equipped for all our needs allowing us the choice of eating in or going out. It was also very quiet and there was no disturbance to our sleep caused by the South Beach nightlife. There is also a security lock on the entrance and 24h security/reception inside just giving that extra peace of mind. We did hire a car for the full length of our stay and used the municipal car park across the road without difficulty, although this was October. Late evening at the weekend seems to be busiest period.

The Carlyle is such a well known Art Deco building it was fantastic to be able to stay there. The staff on reception are very friendly and do their utmost to ensure you have a good stay. Our dealings with the Owner, Debbie, both during the booking process and after was very good and prompt responses received to emails and questions about the area.

If there are two of you and you want to spend time around Ocean Drive, South Beach, Miami look no further and contact Debbie, you will not be disappointed. This was our first trip to Miami from the UK and we had a fantastic holiday helped greatly by a wonderful condo.
