Inn Viking. The Owner is out of the country for a while and has reduced the rates.Small pets ok. This first-rate 3 story condo is in a gated community with year round indoor pool/spa and sauna. The property has a reverse floor plan, and is within walking distance to the water's edge. The location is central being just minutes to the Village shops, restaurants and both ski resorts. The home is tastefully done and very adequately furnished and decorated. The 1st floor has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a TV/DVD and 3/4 bath in the hallway. There is a separate laundry room and access into the attached 1 car garage. (Standard cars, no large SUVs) The 2nd floor has fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and microwave. The dining table is a built in booth for 6 people and there is a charming breakfast bar with additional seating for 2 more people. The comfortable living room has a wood burning fireplace, TV/DVD and a queen sofa sleeper. There is a great deck off the living room patio furnishings and a gas BBQ. There is a 1/2 bath on this floor too. The 3rd floor offers the private master bedroom with the king size bed, private full bath, fireplace plus a TV/DVD. The Viking Estates complex offers a year round splendid indoor pool/ Jacuzzi and sauna available to you as our guests. Turnday: Any.
