Two RV hook ups for additional hunters, close to major lakes, hiking, mountain biking, snow skiing in Telluride, Durango, Wolf Creek.

House is exceptionally appointed in and out. Jacuzzi hot tub, outdoor shower with hot and cold soft water, media room with Direct TV, over 75 movies, sound system throughout house and outside, full Kitchen amenities, all new furnishings wood burning stove. Renovated in 2006 this property has it all.

This beautiful Colorado Mountain River Front property is perfect for any occasion. Camping on property also available. RV's welcome, hook-up available. Beautiful, new top of the line appliances including gas cooktop, microwave, 2 refrigerators for plenty of storage. Wood burning fireplace to keep warm. Amazing views from every room.
