My name is Wes.
I was raised in Arizona, and lived here all my life.
I wanted to retire in Northern Arizona, and found that Sedona is
such a relaxing place to be.
Sedona has so much to see and do, plus the Red Rocks
Owner purchased this house in 2007
Located in Arizona's high desert under the towering southwestern rim of the vast Colorado Plateau, the city of Sedona is blessed with four mild seasons marked by abundant sunshine and clean air. Ideally, the annual average high and low temperatures are 74.7 and 45.7 degrees, respectively
Things to do in Sedona include: Hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, golf, tennis, camping, fishing, and hunting. There are also many State Parks to visit including the famous Arizona Slide Rock State park, Grand Canyon South Rim is only 2 hours away.
In addition to enjoying the outdoors, there are many other things to do in Sedona. Sedona activities include visiting art galleries and attending shows, musical and theatrical performances, spiritual and personal enrichment activities, annual festivals and many community events.
The listing description was true to the actual property. A lovely home to fall back to after pink jeep, oak canyon or even standing on the corner in Winslow. I did all of this from the home with four adults, all family. The magnificent kitchen made family meals an added attraction. The rear deck was a treat for cocktails and recapping the days events.
This House was great, kitchen was well stocked, awesome views, a great neighborhood to talk a long walk.
You have to see it to believe it. What a beautiful home. There was 6 of us (3 couples) traveling toghether and all were amazed with this house. The decor was beautiful. The kitchen had everything you could ever need. The scenery surrounding the property was fabulous. The night sky is really something to experience. We never saw so many stars. We would highly recommend this
house to anyone.
We met the owner and he was very informative. Recommending places to go
for dinner and also what to see in the area. We all hated saying good bye to
Sedona. Hope to come back some day.
This house is gorgeous! Beautiful views from all windows, AWESOME kitchen, beautiful restrooms, and the perfect back patio. We stayed with there for a week with 2 teenagers and it was just perfect! Very roomy, comfortable and peaceful!
Spent 4 nights in this beautiful home over the long Thanksgiving weekend from Wednesday night to Sunday morning. Since it was a family Thanksgiving get together (wife & me, plus our young adult daughter and son), we of course wanted to be able to put together a traditional turkey dinner with all the rest that goes with that. One of the features that drew us to this property was the kitchen as described in the VRBO info.
We contacted the owner to inquire about availability. He put us in touch with his daughter, who handled the rental details. Any questions I had, she would answer quickly either by email or phone.
The house was beautiful and the kitchen had "everything" we needed to make our Thanksgiving dinner. We had a wonderful weekend enjoying the beautiful scenery and weather of the Sedona area and hiking on the nearby trails (easy driving distance).
We had a lovely 2 week stay at what is more a home than rental property. The elaborate garden (for the desert!) was a treat for this gardener. The neighbors are all so friendly also! We enjoyed sunrise on the front patio and sunset on both front and back. The bobcat that visited the pond one evening was a special treat. Comfy beds and ample room for all. The large dining table was wonderful also! Kept games at one end and ate at the other. Had a magnificent thunder and lightning storm to top it off. Thanks Kristy and Wes for an easy rental experience and wonderful ambience!
