The Great Room and Media Room are centrally located between two separate wings of the home. With a large country kitchen, sitting area, fireplace, and casual dining, this room will quickly become a favorite gathering place. Step through French doors to the outdoor dining patio conveniently located just steps from meal preparation in the kitchen.
The south wing consists of the Formal Living and Dining Rooms, Master Suite, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Formal Living Room with comfortable furnishings and natural tones centers on the fireplace and stone hearth. French doors open to the expansive backyard and pool area allowing streaming sunlight to flood the space. The Formal Dining Room with full size wine cooler and butler's pantry is conveniently located between the Living Room and Kitchen.

The north wing is located off the Media Room and consists of 2 bedrooms, hall bathroom, large laundry room, exercise room, and attached Guest Quarters.
The side by side bedrooms with queen-size beds share the hall bath. Walk through the large well equipped laundry room to an exercise room with treadmill. Continue through to the Guest Quarters with queen-size bed, full bath and private door to access the pool patio just outside.
The most enticing feature of this rambling property by far, is the vast backyard playground. Relax poolside on comfy lounge chairs, while the younger set enjoys the curved pool slide, or the charming kids tree house.
The large outdoor kitchen will become the central gathering place year round. On those special days where sports enthusiasts find it hard to pull themselves away from the television, have no fear!
