Pemberton's Peak is a perfect stop for your Big Bear Vacations getaway. It has a peaceful and quiet location in the tall pine trees. The location is perfect anytime of year, just minutes to the slopes at Bear Mountain Ski Resort, Golf Course or Moonridge Animal Park. Yet it is only minutes by car to the Big Bear Lake Village shopping, restaurants or lake.

This is nicely furnished and decorated bi-level, three bedroom, one and a quarter bath home that has wrap around back decking off both floors. The kitchen has the cookware and microwave needed to prepare your meals and the dining table will seat two people and the breakfast bar area with accommodate another three on the stools. The tastefully decorated living room has high vaulted ceiling and a warm wood burning stove and TV/VCR. The deck off the living room has treed views, charcoal BBQ and outdoor furnishings. The main level has a kitchen, living room, full bath and the master suite bedroom with a king size bed and full bath plus TV. The downstairs level has the 2nd bedroom with a king size bed and a TV and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds and a TV/VCR. There is a shared 1/4 bathroom available on this floor. There is a lower deck off both downstairs bedrooms with the secluded pine treed views. Pemberton’s Peak is in a great location in the mid Moonridge area, close to Bear Mountain, Moonridge Golf Course, Animal Park & just minutes by car to the lake, Village or shopping. Good pets are welcome, but please, no smoking. Turnday: Any. Amenities: Fireplace, TV, Microwave & Coffee Pot, Full Kitchen, Charcoal BBQ.
