Luxury 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Lower Bungalow with large terrace on three sides of the property.

El Pinar de San Gines is an exclusive new development nestled under the mountains facing the sea and a short stroll away from beautiful unspoilt sandy beaches.

The property has been thoughtfully furnished providing all the home comforts you will need for a relaxing stay.

For those not wishing to stray, a communal pool is only metres away.

The more than ample outside terracing is perfect for relaxing in the sun and Al Fresco dining with views down to the sea. The spacious kitchen is separate from the dining and sitting area and is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge freezer etc

All bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 & 3 have twin beds and share a further bathroom.

Step back in time to visit the tranquil and quaint fishing village of La Azohia. The beach is a 300m stroll through a beautiful and unspoilt residential area dotted with pine and palm trees. The unusally clear waters and protected marine life site make this area ideal for snorkelling & diving. The historic town of Cartagena is a 20 minute drive through the mountains. Puerto de Mazarron where you will find supermarkets, shops, restaurants and a thriving marina is 10 mins away by car. In La Azohia there are 4 diving schools, cafe/bars, restaurants and a small supermarket. The Costa Calida has its own micro climate affording it an average 350 days a year sunshine.

Notes

  • Prices are for 7 nights and include: All linen and towels except beach towels, cot, mid stay linen & towels will be provided for two week bookings (mid stay cleaning can be arranged, payable to our on-site representative), information pack.
  • Terms: Equivalent prices in Euros will be calculated at the exchange rate in force at the time of booking. Booking will be confirmed when a deposit of 25% is received, balance to be paid in full prior to holiday start date. Security deposit of £200 (or Euro equivalent) required with each booking, to be refunded in full at the end of your stay less any deductions for breakages or damage etc. Check in time after 3.00pm on day of arrival. Check out time 10.00am on day of departure. If you arrive later than 9.00pm on arrival day the key will be made available by arrangement. Only persons named on the booking form are allowed to stay.

A really stunning place - we felt relaxed in the calm town of La Azohia. The pictures of the apartment don't do it justice as it is bigger and yet cosier than we had imagined. The main hit for us was the walled terrace as we have 2 small children. They were able to happily play in the shade in their paddling pool without us worrying and when we wanted to go in the pool it was just out of the gate - we had a previous holiday where we had a pool inside our villa and that was definitely not relaxing with our small children. It was also great as the terrace covers 3 sides of the property so there is always a sunny spot to sit in!

Nice pool. Really quiet sandy beaches with cafes and restaurants dotted around the bay. We particularly liked the beach hut cafes which turned into mellow bars/ tapas restaurants into the evening. The beach was only a short walk from the apartment and we happily stretched our legs to walk around the bay each day. Small supermarket a short walk away. Big supermarkets in Porto de Mazzaron which isn't far and also has nice restaurants.

Thank you so much to the owners - you have obviously taken care of the place and given it a cosy modern feel. We loved it and we'll be back!

"I just wanted to write a quick note to yourselves to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your appartment. It was very well equipped and the outside area was great for the childrent to play in safely. I would certainly recommend it to anyone. If the apartment is available the same time next year we would certainly like to book it!"
