New modern tranquil beautifully decorated one bed one and a half bath apartment for your special time in the exciting City of Buenos Aires. Situated in the heart of Recoleta on the 11th floor in the rear of the building enjoying views of the city and wonderful sunsets.

The apartment is between French and Juncal Streets on Pueyrredon and has easy access to all public transportation -subte {underground} buses and taxis. Minutes from everywhere. Walk to Recoleta Cemetery/Design Center /Museums/Theatres/Cafes/Restaurants and Fantastic shopping. Right outside your door are cafes, shops, restaurants and all the services required to make your stay enjoyable.

The building is new, has 24 hour security, pool. BBQ area, gymnasium and laundry and is occupied by professional people who demand a high standard of maintenance.

Inside the Apartment: The apartment has a wonderful light filled open floor plan with french doors from both the living area and the bedroom leading to a terrace where you can enjoy a relaxed breakfast or at dusk sip wine while enjoying magnificent sunsets across the city
