We've rented this property twice and are planning another visit this spring. We go up with friends and cook huge meals in the amazing kitchen all weekend, sit in front of the fire and watch football, and relax in the hot tub.

Sullivan County is my favorite getaway from the city and this house is by far my favorite place to stay. Eric, the property manager, is a pleasure to interact with and the entire experience is easy.

I just got back home from a weekend in this amazing house and I have to say this has been the best property we have ever rented!! The house is huge and beautiful, the outside is even better! The pool is huge and although we couldn't seem to get it warmed up, it was a lot of fun. The pictures don't even do it justice. We saw plenty of deer which was also very nice since we love animals. This was the perfect property! I actually went with a younger crowd (20-25yrs old) but after this weekend, I want to rent this again with my parents and family in July or August because this is a property a person any age will enjoy.

Back again....and it was FABULOUS!!!

We found our 'home away from home'. We came back for a weekend courtesy of the owner and we had a fabulous time. The jacuzzi in the master bath was very relaxing, and there were plenty of 'memories' made with good friends.

We are trying to gather a few couples to come back during the summer so we can enjoy the pool and the outdoor kitchen....We already are working on our booking for Thanksgiving.....

The property if amazing, the house is my 'dream house', and the Property Manager Eric bent over backwards to make our visit enjoyable.

Highly recommend this place. It is hard to leave, one wants to become a 'squatter' once arriving here.....

This place is amazing! Lots of room and luxury. My sister and I had our mother, spouses and children (total of 5 adults, 4 kids-ages 7 to 14) and it was fantastic. When the temp dropped to bitter cold outside the house was toasty warm inside. The oversized steam showers were the highlight as the bathrooms were like spas. The gourmet kitchen and large dining room table made for great meals and set the scene for memorable family story telling. We explored the property and saw deer and turkeys and at night we could hear coyotes in the distance. The house was immaculate, really comfortable and more than lived up to everything that was adverstised. The weekend was absolutely perfect!
