2 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps 4

Minutes drive from the Sugarbush Ski resort, walking distance from the movie theater, restaurants, skating rink and the Mad River. Walk into town for groceries or down to the Big Picture Theater for dinner and a movie. Regular music and arts activities near by. Access hiking trails with a quick drive or jump on your bike and explore the several covered bridges down the road.

The VAST Snowmobile Trail can be accessed a few hundred yards away. Park your trailer and ride for days!

We have a few important house rules:

1. Please keep the noise down durring your stay. The other units are owner occupied, some families with small children.

2. There are only two parking spaces. If you intend to bring more than two cars, you must speak to us first.

3. No pets please.

4. Absolutely no smoking in side or out.
About Steve Parker

My brother and I both work in the Mad River valley running family businesses. We decided to stay in the area after college because it's a great place to raise a family, and has the best sense of community.

Why Steve Parker chose Waitsfield

My brother and I purchased the condo back in 2009 as a way to get back into the area where we both grew up and work. We have both since move to separate places with our wifes, and although we still remain in the valley, we no longer use the condo as a permanent residence. It has been a great place to live, with its great location relative to every amenity in the valley.

What makes this condo unique

One of the best features of the condo is its location. Although not right on the mountian for those who love to ski, it is close enough where a short ride will get you to either Sugarbush or Mad River. However, unlike the units at the mountain, we are within walking distance of shopping, and the Big Picture Movie theater, a local social hangout.

Condo was comfortable and very conveniently located close to Waitsfield. Our only wish was that there was better lighting and more rugs to make it cozier. The car port was great as it snowed a lot while we were there.

The weekend was excellent, the condo was as advertised and easy to find.

Highly recommended: Clean and sunny apartment, 10 minutes from the ski resort and within close reach of supermarket, restaurants and all necessary places.

Bring what you need for cooking, everything else is there.

Steve communicates well and he makes sure your stay is easy and without worries.
