Holiday getaway or pied a terre for working visits to London. Suits single, 2 couples or 1 child family. The flat (35msq) is a recent addition to the house below and incorporates modern appliances for self contained living including:- fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, gas stove and oven); bathroom (wet room with shower and steamer unit); desk area (full internet access); living/dining area (dining table and chairs); outside deck for sunset dining (3.6m x 2.5m). The bedroom area is set into the rear of the studio and offers privacy from the separate living/kitchen area which has a comfy double sofa bed. The studio is very bright and has views of both the sun rise and the sunsets. London can be dull and grey but only rarely in this flat. Access is via an external spiral staircase from a courtyard garden. 10 minutes stroll from Finsbury Park tube. 15 minutes by tube to central London/the City (Victoria Line or Finsbury Park/Crouch Hill rail)
Landlord assistance: The landlord is easily contactable. He or an agent will be available by mobile phone and happy to assist with any booking requests or day to day tenant need to the best of their abilities.
Access to the Property: Access to the flat is via an entrance from the street into a courtyard garden shared with the flat below. Access to the top floor apartment is via an external spiral staircase for the renter's exclusive use. The spiral staircase takes you to a lovely terrace and entry to the flat is through an entrance door off the terrace
Enjoy London: The flat offers a hassle free and easy base for enjoying London for a long weekend or a pied a terre to stay while working in the City. The West end is only 30 minutes away door to door and the City the same. Finsbury Park has enough amenities and open spaces to enjoy a weekend in the area and the flat is pleasant to spend time in - sun all day long and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The nightlife attractions of Shoreditch, the East End and the West End are easily reached by public transport or taxi (approx. £18 by black cab). Most Central London attractions and transport links (museums, theatres, landmarks) are well connected via bus lines and the Picadilly and Victoria tube lines.
Finsbury Park North London. Flat is 10 minutes walk, (or 2 minutes bus 2 minutes walk) from Finsbury Park tube/rail station on the Victoria and Picadilly Line and overland rail link to the City (15 minutes). Easy access from Finsbury Park station to:- Central London and tourist attractions (Victoria and Picadilly Line tube); the City (tube or overland rail link to Moorgate); Stansted airport (change at Tottenham Hale (Victoria Line) for Stansted Express rail link); Kings Cross Eurostar (tube); Heathrow (Paddington rail/tube station and Heathrow Express); Victoria Rail and Coach stations (Victoria Line tube).
