ideally located in the pretty typical and blooming quarter 'Safranier' in the old town of Antibes. The daily traditional market at the end of the street will immerse you in the Provencal atmosphere. Go buy your fresh local products on the colourful stalls, drink a coffee with a slice of socca!

The location is exceptional as everything is accessible by foot: the white sandy beaches of La Gravette or the Ponteil (350 metres), the walk along the ramparts and the sea (just a few metres), the many shops and restaurants (100 metres), the Picasso Museum (200 metres), the famous yachts harbour (300 metres), the bus station (300 metres) to go to the surrounding towns (Cannes, Nice) or to Sophia Antipolis.

The apartments have recently been completely refurbished. The decoration throughout the apartment is fancy, combining refined lines for the contemporary side with authentic features like renovated and flecked Provencal furnishing and old sea objects to remind you that you're staying in the historic district of the old seaside town of Antibes!

The duplex is bathed in natural light coming in through the windows of the kitchen, the living room and the bedroom, as well as windows in the roof. The entrance in a beautiful flowered street is a communal courtyard: a table is available for outdoor dining. In the large main room on the ground floor: - The modern kitchen has a large stainless steel worktop, a large table in limed wood to give an authentic touch to the room. - The living room with a sofa bed makes an extra bed for 2 people (140x200) and attractive niches integrated. - One bedroom with window overlooking the courtyard opens with a sliding door to keep the spirit of the spacious apartment (bed 160x200, 2 bedside tables and large closet). - The bathroom with a toilet and walk-in shower, a beautiful basin. Above the sitting room and the bedroom you will find a large and bright Mezzanine open on the first level. We were lucky to experience three weeks staying at this wonderful Loft Apartment in the heart of Old Antibes. The location of the property is perfect, a quiet sanctuary within walking distance to the market, restaurants and the majestic Mediterranean Sea. The tastefully decorated and comfortable apartment is fully renovated with modern amenities, while retaining character and charm. The owners are incredibly helpful, friendly and easy to correspond with. This is truly a wonderful place to stay and highly recommended.

A truly astonishing experience

What an extraordinary apartment, with ever so affable owners, and a
superb location.
The apartment is divine, elegantly appointed, stylish, spotless, with a fabulously equipped kitchen, an extra spacious bathroom, and the wifi throughout is super fast.
The owners, Clara and Pierre, are just too wonderful, they helped us with all our needs, extremely kind, and gave us great recommendations for local dining, shopping and sight seeing.
The location is amasing, it is right in the old town, in a lovely quiet area, and so close to all necessary amenities.
An absolute MUST!!!!!

Quel bel espace en plein centre du charmant quartier historique mais un peu à l'écart du tumulte des rues commerçantes...déjà la rue due Bas Castelet est très typique avec ses jolis pavés et ses fleurs rampant le long des murs .Le marché quotidien très animé est au bout de la rue et la mer en contrebas à 3 rues...L'appartement baigné de lumière et son aménagement très spacieux pour un deux pièces en font vraiment un lieu très agréable en plein centre de la vieille ville .La table mise à votre disposition sur la terrasse commune à 3 autres appartements est bienvenue pour flâner et déjeuner dehors.Nous étions en famille et la grande mezzanine était super pour nos 3 enfants qui avaient leur propre espace.L'accueil très sympathique des propriétaires est un plus ,avec plein de bonnes petites adresses et d'idées de balades!Et le tout dans un style plein de charme que l'on trouve rarement en location saisonnière.Merci encore, nous reviendrons!!

A really lovely loft in a perfect location.We would definitely recommend a holiday here and would not hesitate to re book.Helpful correspondence with Clara the owner.
