It’s cooler here in the high Sonoran desert so settle in to this quiet upscale 3 bedroom ground floor unit in DC Ranch, North Scottsdale. Relax on the outdoor patio and watch the birds and rabbits in the wash or take your dog and make use of the running and walking trails within steps of the door. A short bike ride or drive away are hiking trails, golf at Greyhawk or other world-renowned courses. This unit is on the outside of a well designed, cleverly landscaped, and nicely maintained development with pool, hot tub, exercise room and clubhouse. No car? No problem, it is a 4 minute walk to Market Street for the Safeway, dry cleaners, vet, or various restaurants, pubs, banks or clothing stores.

Just got back from a great stay at this unit in DC Ranch. Loved the unit, the location (wine bar you can walk to), and the company we rented from was very good about atking care of any issue, or questions!
