Non-Smoking house (no exceptions)

Come enjoy this top of the line Key's Pearl built in 2009. Spacious 1,320 Sq Foot home. 3 Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Master bedroom with queen size bed and Full bathroom, with walk in closet and wonderful Shower. Second bedroom has two double beds with an enormous closet and in-bedroom access to second bathroom. Third bedroom has two double beds and a walk in closet. Spacious upstairs terrace with rocking chairs and cool breezes allowing one to relax and enjoy the Key's relaxed atmosphere.

Downstairs is the place to relax and entertain guests.

Large Gazeebo with tables and grilling area. Underneath the main house are several areas with table seating as well as lounge couches to enjoy the outdoors. There is also a fire-pit for guest use

Fully equipped 60 feet of dockage with water and electricity.

Great time for this Wisconsin family in Key Largo

This was our first trip to the Keys and this wonderful property made an excellent home for us during our week. The home was very well kept. It was very comfortable and had all the right ammenities. It was a nice quiet location. The location of this property was ideal for us to experience the Keys. We enjoyed kayaking at Pennekemp State Park which was within walking distance. We checked out the Everglades, did some scuba diving and had a blast aboard the Fin Razer on a family deep sea fishing adventure.

We would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling with a family. We had a blast!

We rented two homes in Fl this year..one in Key Largo and one in Sarasota. Both were similar in price; the one in Sarasota was larger and had a pool. The Key Largo home won hands down. The pictures don't do it justice. The house was spotless and well appointed. The yard beyond description. We certainly had a great month there and definitely would consider coming back again. The owner went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable including several suggestions for supper which we visited more than once.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
