Romantic two bedroom duplex set in a small development of six apartments. This is a self catering apartment with all the modernities cons you will need for a perfect summer holiday rental. The apartments are newly built and ground work is being completed at the moment. Completion date is March 08. The apartments are situated in Dungegan in the heart of the Ballinskelligs countryside. Ballinskelligs blue flag beach is just a 10 minute walk away and this beach is ideal for walking and swimming alike. The apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom and is finished to a very high standard. There is an open plan kitchen/living area with an open peat burning fire. There is central heating throughout. The shop and local pub/ restaurant are just a five minute walk away and here you will enjoy a high standard of food and drink served in a homely atmosphere at very affordable prices.

The apartments are finished to a very high standard and have every mod con to allow.

The nearby towns are Caherciveen and Waterville (famous for its magnificent 18 hole golf course) and these are just a 10 minute drive away. The long sandy beach is a haven for all ages and its blue flag status makes it safe for all members of the family. Visit the local chocolate factory where you can see the famous Skellig Chocolates being made and then sample these delicious delights. A visit to the Cill Rialaig famine village, an artists retreat is a must where you can meet artists from all over the world working on their masterpieces. Horse riding, canoeing and wind surfing are just a few of the local amenities. Take a trip to the famous Skellig Rock or take in some angling in the safe waters. Ballinskelligs pier with safe mooring facilities is nearby. You will not be bored in the wonderful countryside of Ballinskelligs and you will go home totally refreshed.
