This brand new townhome centered with contemporary design and designer furnishings will leave nothing to desire for the spoiled vacation connoisseur; walk to the beach, bring your surfboard and beach chairs from the garage and cool off in the lap pool after a relaxing day in the sand! This loft offers a bedroom/bathroom on the ground floor. An elevator connects all 3 levels plus roof top. On the second floor there is a vast living area with open kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has a gas cook top and takes gourmet cooking to a new level! You will enjoy the stainless steel appliances and utensils making this open area any hobby cook's dream! A guest bath plus a small bedroom with a bunk bed ideal for children are also on this level. The third floor is occupied by two bedrooms with own bathroom each.

The top floor is a roof top terrace that extends over the entire roof surface, with lounge chairs pointed to the ocean for sun tanning and a stainless BBQ gas grill plus table and chairs pointed west toward sundown; the perfect place to end a day with a few cocktails in hand!

There is a clubhouse that offers exercising equipment, a large TV as well as some games next to a lounge area and a lap pool. Superb restaurants, water sports like jet ski and boat rentals plus diving and snorkeling outfitters are all in walking distance. The two car garage has ample space for any vehicle you may bring, and bicycles you may want us to provide at a small fee. A vehicle is always recommended, but not necessary.

From the first time we contacted them we were communicated with in first class style. Once we arrived they walked us through the location and area. It was great to be right on the water and have such a clean well kept place. I was very impressed that when we had a question or request the manager knew and even handled them for us including getting us a rental car at a great price too! Glad we stayed and we will be back!
