When you rent this newly refurbished 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Lorne property, you get the golf course at your doorstep, can indulge in lovely ocean views and relax in a private back garden. This is this ideal holiday home to take a break from city living and enjoy all that Lorne has to offer.

Take advantage of large decking with a courtyard outback. This rental is beautifully appointed with modern furnishings. There are two plasma TVs and DVD plays in both lounges. Bedding consists of one king in the master, a queen and one single bed with trundle. A fold-down double sofa is also available in the lounge, which can be closed off for privacy. If you have guests visiting, there’s an additional single fold-down bed.

When it comes to entertainment, this holiday home is well equipped: you’ll find two patio tables outdoors and chairs seating 8-10 on the balcony and 10 in back courtyard/garden. Feel free to use the new Bosch dishwasher and new BBQ. There’s a washing machine on the premises and a stereo system for MP3 players, iPhones and CDs.

Other features include a fully equipped kitchen, Coonara wood fire heater and split system air conditioner/heater. All beds have doonas and doona covers. Pillow covers and sheets available at extra charge.
