CAPE CORAL BEAUTY 4BR/4BA BOATER'S PARADISE WITH SUNSET DREAMS! (BOAT AVAILABLE)

A very nice house, excellent for family with kids and convenient location to visit a lot of excellent places. 30 minutes to Ft Myers Beach and 45 minutes from the beautiful Sanibel island and less than an hour to the Naples fishing pier (if traffic is not too busy!). The check-in was easy and the hostess was very helpful to explain everything and made really sure that we felt welcome. In the 10 days that we stayed we enjoyed the pool, the enormous space in house, the nice kitchen and off course fishing from the dock with our kids (a lot of catfish here). Whenever we had some questions before or during our stay Leslie (the owner) was really helpful and supportive to arrange everything, from pre-booking information to answering questions like, in which drawer your BBQ tools are stored? By the way, the BBQ is a nice one and is very convenient if you don't want to eat out every day. One important note is that wireless internet is available and is really fast and stable.

We would recommend this strongly to everyone and will consider this house again if we are planning another trip to the beautiful gulf coast.

It is difficult to review this home and not repeat what the other reviews have already stated. We have rented homes for several years now and the house is as beautiful as the pictures show. It is a very clean home and was a pleasure to stay in. The layout of the home is very nice with all four bedrooms on the main floor, with the master on the opposite side of the home. Since we did not have young children with us the upstairs playroom was not a benefit to us personally but would certainely work well with children. The kitchen and the lanai/pool area was where we spent most of our time. I will say that because of the angle of the photo of the pool we expected it to be a little bigger/longer than it was, but the water was nice and warm and the hot tub was enjoyable. Unfortunately we did not rent the boat but we did enjoy going down to the dock area looking at the fish, relaxing by the water where the guys enjoyed their cigars. I can see that the boat option is definitely an added attraction for this home. Leslie was wonderful to work with before our stay and stayed in touch with us throughout the stay. She provided excellant restaurant locations also which we enjoyed. The beaches are approx. 25-30 minutes away by car. We enjoyed Sanibel and Captiva where we got to see and swim by dolphins as close as 15 feet. That was amazing. Fort Meyers is a good choice if your looking for more activity. Also Bonita Beach has several beaches about 45 minutes south of this home which are also nice. Options for groceries, shopping and of course dinning are easily available within 5-15 minutes from the home. I don't believe anyone would be disappointed with a stay in this lovely home.

We can't begin to thank you enough for your hospitality! We had a wonderful time in Cape Coral. Not only have we been able to spend time in such a lovely well organized house, but your generosity in showing us around and taking us on the boat trip was just above and beyond anything we had ever expected during our stay in Florida. You made us feel like family. Our kids had awesome time, Conrad felt very special when you allowed him steer the boat and Alexis had fun on the beach playing with the twins.

Dorothy and I got little taste of boater’s lifestyle in Florida. We enjoyed the views of the areas shore and the thrill of being on a speeding boat. I was really incredible how attentive Jay was to all of us, especially at the end of our trip when Conrad and Alexis tried to catch fish and Jay was switching the bait/lures so, they could catch at least something. We do really appreciate all that. Also, I would like to thank you Leslie for all the info on Cape Coral area. Obviously, we could not see or try everything but will be ready when we come back next time. Again it was pleasure to meet you and your family and spend one day together. We will definitely spread the word around about your house, and if we go back to CC we will first check the availability calendar on your house’s web site
