Modern apartment on the 3rd floor with AC and elevator. Peaceful surroundings, view on the patio garden. Very bright apartment gives to the large sliding bay windows which open onto the terrace of 10 m2. The terrace is wood furnished .

Perfect location, in heart of international lyric music festival, in the middle of cultural life to discover the Provence.

Let your car in the secured basement parking with complete peace of mind.

There is a SNCF train station at 5 minutes walk.

Every 20 minutes a shuttle , 5 minutes from rental , drive you to TGV train station and airport.
About Madame warsemann

I have been living in Aix-en-Provence for 25 years. I'm a music lover and I love the cultural life of this city.

I love architecture, gardens and modern art.

I love hiking along the coast or at Sainte-Victoire. I am really interested in gastronomy and I can give you a lot of advice.

International lyric art festival in summer gives a lot of operas and concerts. Also, in the beginning of July, Economists Circle organises very interesting conferences with english/french translaters.

This apartment is located in a modern apartment building next to the Rotonde and Cours Mirabeau. It is great to have secure parking included (US visitors - rent a small car !!) as Aix is a good place from which to tour Provence and the Luberon. There are coffee shops and a supermarket very close to the apartment and Cours Mirabeau and the Old Town are only one minute's walk. (Aix old town is much nicer than Marseille or Nice IMHO).
The apartment has a nice balcony that looks out over a quiet courtyard - so has a nice blend of being very central but also fairly quiet. The apartment owner is very pleasant and helpful, and made us feel welcome.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
