Recently taken out of the Setai Hotel Program (March 2013), Suite 401 is furnished exactly as a Setai Hotel Suite, it comes with the full services of the Setai Hotel, including check in/check out, hotel housekeeping and turndown service, minibar etc.

It is a 640 sq ft hotel suite. California King Duxiana bed, walk in closet, large en suite bathroom with rainshower and jacuzzi bath, bidet, two vanity sinks. View east of courtyard with limited view of ocean. Automated black-out blinds in addition to regular blinds.

The bathroom is fully stocked daily by hotel housekeeping with Setai shampoos and soaps.

Illy coffee machine and complimentary illy coffee pods and complimentary luxury teas. Ironing Board and Iron. Built in hotel safe.

The Setai is a five-star property offering all one would want for a South Beach experience; three swimming pools; beach and pool staff complete with towel, bottle, and food service; room service; and, three restaurants. All this located in the heart of South Beach.

A magnificent oceanfront resort hotel, adjoined by a 40-story residential tower, set in a breathtaking oasis of tropical gardens, sparkling pools and sun decks leading down to a gorgeous stretch of white sand beach.

For those who take pleasure in lounging by the pool or on the beach, The Beach Bar, a 90-foot poolside bar stretching virtually the entire length of the pool deck, offers a quintessential atmosphere in which guests can enjoy cool beverages and grilled Mediterranean-style dishes served by Chef Tomas (exceptional!).

Lunch at the Pool Bar and Restaurant is an experience not to be missed.

Nestled between the main lobby and overlooking the courtyard, the main Bar offers cocktails, whiskies, single malts, rums and other fine beverages from around the world. Music will embrace and reflect guests' mood as the day progresses.

Spa Treatments can be ordered through the Spa which is located above the gymnasium, overlooking the pools.

All services on the property can be charged to your room account which you can open upon arrival at the Hotel Reception Desk.

I highly recommend staying at this property. Karl made it so easy to book the property. The unit was very comfortable and luxe. Check in and check out were very easy. The property has great housekeeping services. The amenities were excellent, especially the coffee/tea machine. The location is very walkable. The unit was quiet, we never heard our neighbors. The property has a great pool area and good food. Look forward to our next stay.

We spent 12 great nights at this appartment. It is just like staying in a hotel room/suite (decor, maid service etc.) From booking to follow-ups, the owner was always very responsive. We will definitly be returning next year.

The apartment is spacious, tidy and offers great views to the beach and Miami area.
