Good house in a great location

My wife and I stayed here for three weeks with another couple and the house layout couldn't have been better for two couple: two separate full bathrooms and bedrooms at opposite ends of the house. Great kitchen and dining area for socializing. Very nice outdoor spaces too; we spent about equal time on the front porch and in the back yard. Great location with almost everything within walking distance. Always enjoyable walking through the neighborhood and parks.

We had a couple of minor issues but the management company's staff provided fast and effective solutions. Great customer service. I would recommend this rental and would rent it again next time we are in Austin.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

Perfect Home for a Reunion!

Some of my old college friends from all over the country decided to meet in Austin for fun, music and Halloween events. Although I'd love to, I don't need to go into detail about the fun time we had...however, it was complemented by the house we rented. It was clean, comfortable and had a great back yard for hanging out in the sun. Aside from a few weird electrical and lighting issues, the house is well appointed and definitely met and exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect for a walk to SoCo or a quick drive to the other side of Lady Bird Lake. The rental agency STR Austin (Suzette is the best!) has great customer service and was very accommodating. We loved it and would definitely rent it again.

Top Notch Vacation Rental !!

My wife & I stayed at this vacation rental in early October. We really enjoyed our time together with our dog at this property. It was clean & well-maintained. The management company even welcomed us with a bottle of wine and a welcome card! The listing descripton was accurate regarding the location, layout, & amenities. The location is very close to South Congress shopping & food. Beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom home with an amazing backyard for our dog and to entertain. The instructions given to me by the management company with regards to rental agreement, payments, & available amenities were so easy to understand that I did not need to call them. But, when I did they were available & gave exceptional service. I will recommend this property to friends & relatives for any future rental stays in the Austin area. I also appreciated the email I received in a timely manner from the company that let me know that they had refunded my security deposit & they thanked me for leaving the home in such great shape!
