4 Bedrooms 3 bathrooms private pool in tranquil small village close to the beach

Two, new, stylishly furnished luxury villas in Salir do Porto. These villas, each with a different garden and separate swimming pools have been furnished with care and aim to provide an enjoyable and relaxing holiday experience. Perfect for families, each pool has a secure electronically operated pool cover offering extra security for families with children. Internet access via Wireless Broadband now available. The villas are 10 minutes walk down hill to the beach which runs along the river opening into a protected bay. Satellite TV channels available in most European language. There is a good family restaurant 2 minutes (flat) walk from the villas and many more restaurants in the village and nearby Sao Martinho do Porto.

Horse Riding: Riding for children, beginners or the more experienced rider is a 10 minute drive away from the villas. The 'Centro Equestre Luis Real' is managed and run by one of Portugals top Show Jumpers , Luis Real, along with his cheerful bi-lingual partner Ana. The friendly, professional atmosphere draws children and adults alike to ride or just to help out with the growing number of horses that are stabled there. Lessons start at around 15 Euros an hour and accompanied treks can be arranged.

Large house with four double bedrooms and three bathrooms. Steps lead down to a sunken swimming pool area in the garden, paved area around the pool and small gazebo at the far end, electrically operated sliding pool cover for extra security. Fully equiped kitchen with washing machine, fridge, oven and hob. Large lounge with Flat screen TV and Sky Free view channels. Downstairs bathroom has shower cubicle, toilet, sink. Bedroom 1 (downstairs)has a double bed and spacious built in wardrobes. Upstairs Bedroom 2 has a double bed, large fitted wardrobes and double doors opening onto a large terrace at the back of the house. Bedroom 3 has two single beds, chest of drawers and a small wardrobe. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a full bathroom with bath and shower. Bedroom 4, the master bedroom has a double bed, chaise lounge and a full en-suite bathroom with whirlpool massage bath. Large upstairs terrace at the front of the house with a view of the countryside and the bay.

Extreamly well appointed houses in the seaside village of Salir do Porto. Families can enjoy a luxury holiday in a quiete area at the top of a hill. The houses each have large outdoor terraces on the first floor at the front and back of the houses, being able to look over their own pools and the sea, along with excellent pools and gardens on the ground floor. About 8 minutes walk from a safe family beach where the river runs into the sea. A wooden walkway, and bridge to get over the river, are particularly useful for those people with small children in pushchairs. Large Intermarche Supermarket 5 minutes drive away in Sao Martinho and the local supermarket in the village square only 3 minutes walk from the houses. Medieval walled towns, old monastaries, one of the best aquariums in Europe, and marvellous beaches all within easy reach, as are many good restaurants and bars.

Perfect villa and area

We, four adults, stayed at villa Jasmine for a week in October, when it still is warm and sunny. Perfect timing actually, because there are not too many tourists, no traffic problems, but enough restaurants still keeping their doors open. The villa was lovely, stylish, clean and had everything one could expect from a perfect "home away". The owner was friendly and helpful and much contributed to our pleasant holiday week. Warmly recommend!

Wonderful place, wonderful views

The villia is a perfect home from home. Exceedingly well equipped and comfortably furnished, you want for nothing. And on top, the views are stunning and the ambience totally relaxing.

The garden is delightful and the swimming pool is big enough for a proper swim as well as a cooling dip.

The local village store just down the road, has everything you need and the location provides a perfect place for seeing Portugal and meeting Portugese people.

You will be sure to have a very happy holiday here.

Every thing in the Villa Jasmin was perfect, the location excellent not far from shops, beach, very relaxing and a quiet location, local people very friendly and helpful
Would definately go back again and will recommend this Villa to my friends and family
The Villa Jasmin had every-thing that you wanted in it, even sun cream, it was very clean and well maintained
