2BR/2.5BA Sleeps 6

Downtown Memphis, only two blocks from Beale St., never previously available for rent. Our private home is just a few steps away from the Trolley line, great restaurants, bars and just a short walk from the FedEx Forum, Tom Lee Park on the Mississippi River and other great downtown attractions.

Don't worry about the hassle of finding a parking space downtown or parking fees. With our private gated courtyard and garage you will not need your car to access all of these great amenities. Everything is within walking distance. The private garage will take you directly into our spacious home. Great long term neighbors that include local tv personalities. This house with it's two upper levels provides ample privacy. The fully stocked kitchen features everything you need to make a great meal. The second story balcony is both private and large, plenty of room for fun and entertainment. It is covered, so regardless of weather there are no worries.

There are 2 private bedrooms, the Master suite features a King size bed, flat screen tv, ample closet space and a large bathroom with seperate shower and jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom features a queen bed, large walk in closet, and bathroom with shower & tub. There are also two twin convertible beds which will allow our home to comfortably sleep 6. There is a large flat screen tv in the living room and wireless internet.

Local deli/grocery store across the street is very convenient for any of your shopping needs.

  • $250/night, taxes incl. $300/night during Elvis Week, Memphis in May or Holidays
    Discounts given on 4th night rental, Weekly rentals pay for 6 nights, 7th free
    $25 per person per night additional for greater than 4 guests. $100 cleaning fee
    $300 refundable security deposit, refunded within 7 days of departure
    Reserve in advance, and pay out monthly for your upcoming vacation.

What a great place to stay while visiting Memphis. we ere there for one week. There is lots to see and do in that city and staying at this condo is like you're at home. Location is the best.Owner left a great book of info for the tourist.

THIS WAS A BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO STAY. WE FOUND EVERYTHING WE NEEDED AND MORE. THE OWNER/PROPERTY MANAGER/ AND THE WOMAN THAT CLEANS THE CONDO WERE ALL WONDERFUL. THIS WAS MY FOURTH TRIP TO MEMPHIS AND I HAVE ALWAYS STAYED IN HOTELS. THIS WAS THE BEST TRIP EVER!! WE HAVE ALREADY BOOKED FOR NEXT YEAR!!! AND WILL CONTINUE TO MAKE THIS AN ANNUAL TRIP!! # TWO WORDS.... LOVED IT!!!

Excellent first trip to Memphis!

The location was great. You could see BB King's from the balcony, an easy couple of blocks walk. The condo was very clean and we enjoyed our stay very much. Karen was very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

The location is incredible! Walking distance from Beale St. and fun atmosphere for downtown Memphis! The house was fully furnished and very comforting. It was easy to relax at the house, but also know that you were only a few blocks from the fun. The house manager was incredibly welcoming and easy to work with.

The property was very spacious and was furnished with very relaxing couches and seating. The house manager was always available and helped solve any small issues that arrived. The location is absolutely perfect for anyone wanting to head to Beale St.
