This is a lovely home in the Ocean Springs area, located on Fort Bayou, a beautiful waterway that connects to the Gulf of Mexico. Eco-tourism at its finest. In this unique area we have many species of wetland, woodland and water birds, and fishing right from your dock.

It is always fishing season here, and this home is located on Fort Bayou, KNOWN FOR SOME OF THE BEST FISHING IN THE GULF OF MEXICO. You can launch your boat within a few blocks of this home and bring it right to your own dock. You can fish off the dock in our protected bay, or on the rivers and lakes, Biloxi Back Bay,or in the Gulf of Mexico, all close and easily accessable.

This is a very comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bath home with a very large, fenced yard, and a double attached garage.

Master bedroom has king size bed with TV, the two guest bedrooms each have a full size bed along with a single trundle bed. The family room is just off the kitchen and has a comfortable reclining sofa and TV, there also is a wood burning fireplace. The dining area has table with 6 chairs and the kitchen is complete with wall ovens, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge with ice maker. Washer and dryer are also included. The living room is a peaceful spot with a sofa that converts to a queen bed. Decorated in natural colors, this is a beautiful place, inside and out. There is a patio table, chairs and a grill for enjoying the beautiful outdoor weather that Mississippi offers.

Here you are in a neighborhood with wide streets, a great place for enjoying a good walk or for biking.

We are only minutes away from the old downtown area of Ocean Springs. Ocean Springs was established over 300 years ago and has a great atmosphere filled with many shops and with many restaurants.

The beaches, the casinos, gulf fishing, golfing,and much more are just minutes away, making this a great place to vacation.

We just rented this great house for the 3rd time. My wife and I used to live in Ocean Springs and enjoy boating and fishing. The house is better than advertised and with the dock in the back yard, we can dock out boat and go out anytime to fish, beach or cruise. The owners are extremely accommodating and the house is spotless and well maintained. We come back every chance we get and highly recommend this property.

Enjoyable stay!

We found this home to be very comfortable and it afforded us with so many aminities. The pictures don't do this place justice. You can not see how comfy that Master bed is! Or how roomie the whole house really is. Miss Fern was wonderful too, very nice and more than ready to help make our stay comfortable! The home is well maintained and clean.
We would recomend The Shed and The Blow Fly Inn for fun places to eat!
Things we enjoyed: beaches, casinos, sightseeing, and shopping.
We would definitly stay here again and would suggest you do too!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Great place just as advertised. Clean, well appointed home in a quiet neighborhood.
Minutes to casinos in Biloxi, eateries and galleries in Ocean Springs and plenty of good golf courses nearby.
Beautiful back yard with private dock right on the bayou
Owner lives nearby and very helpful.
We would highly recommend this property.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
