Our North Woods Vacation...

This beautiful cabin was everything and more! Extremely clean, beautiful wood-work throughout, cabinets had dishes, pots and pans, and all utensils available for our use. They also had a closet stocked with towels, a washer and dryer, dishwasher and central air conditioning! The appearance and amenities were right on in the description that is listed. The three bedrooms with ceiling fans were comfortable and nicely decorated. They even have board games available for our use. The bathroom had a nice size shower in it and it was so clean!!
The lake was awesome, you could connect to several lakes and streams and the fishing was great! The new raft that we swam out to, that they recently installed, has seats and a table on it which was a nice added touch. There is a firepit down by the lake, and we didn't have to worry about buying the wood as it was readily available for us.
One morning, as I passed by one of the windows, there was a deer walking on the property and on our many boat rides, we saw plenty of wildlife. It was a peaceful place to be and I loved listening to the sounds of the birds and other wildlife and the wind blowing gently through the many surrounding trees.
The town was about 20 minutes away, where you could find stores to buy groceries, restaurants, shop for souvenirs, or go out for icecream.
The Owners have gone through a lot of work to ensure that our stay was a pleasant one. You could immediately tell that they have taken great pride in the renovations that they have made and it shows. I felt like I was at home and was sad to leave. The North Woods is a beautiful place to visit and I'd highly recommend this beautiful cabin in the woods to all of you!
The five of us had a wonderful time! The hiking trails were fun, a bit buggie, but beautiful. We have a lot of good fishing stories to take home with us and there are some big fish to be caught!
We hope to return one day! I bet the winters would be a lot of fun as well!!
In my opinion, this is a 5 star cabin! Hope you enjoy your stay like we have!
