Come stay aboard our BRAND NEW houseboat, berthed in one of the most convenient marinas for exploring all that DC has to offer! Just steps away from the National Mall, the Capitol Building, Washington Monument, the Smithsonian, and Jefferson Memorial. It's the perfect home base for your Washington DC adventure!

This boat has been specifically built for us, and designed with a renter in mind. There are 2 private staterooms, the aft cabin has a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress, while the mid-ship cabin has a full size bed with the same mattress. For additional sleeping options, the sofa in the living room folds out into a queen size bed.

There is a flat screen 40' TV in the living room area and the custom handmade wood trim throughout the boat gives you the overall comfort of a luxury home on the water.

The bathroom was even designed to allow use of both the toilet area and shower independently of one another. There is a pocket door dividing the room to allow full access.

We thought of everything so you don't have to! Our boat is completely air-conditioned and heated to keep you comfortable even on the hottest days! Our full kitchen makes meal preparation a snap with a full size fridge, microwave convection oven and cook-top. We also provide a Kuerig coffeemaker and pods for easy one step coffee anytime! All linens and towels are included in the rental as well, so no worrying about laundry while you're on vacation!

Our ultimate goal is that each of our guests have a vacation of lifetime when they stay with us. After a long day of touring the city there is nothing better than relaxing up on your very own private roof deck taking in the waterfront views of the Potomac River and Washington Monument!

    3.We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 21 years of age
    unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
    4.INSURANCE FEE- A non-refundable insurance fee of $39 is required in lieu of a $300 damage deposit. The waiver offers up to $1500 of insurance against accidental damage.

Location, location, loaction! You can't live any nicer than this and so close to all the nice viewings in D.C. The boat was very clean and the service from the maintenance guy extraordinary. We stayed on the boat for three months and has absolutely nothing to complain on. We are really gonna miss the boat!

Such a wonderful and neat experience! I was a little worried that I might get a little sea sick, but ended up being just fine! My family loved it, very easy walk to the capitial and other sites!

We had a small group of teen girls and all enjoyed the experience. It was very comforting to know that the marina was secure. The girls were able to sit up on the deck into the night and we were secure knowing that they were safe; they could not exit the marina without the gate key which we adults kept with us. (and with the master bedroom door open we could hear if they got too loud or tried to leave!) We were able to walk or take the Metro anywhere we wanted and loved the fact that the grocery store was just a few blocks away.
