A few steps to the Byward Market, the Rideau Canal, the Parliament Buildings and the downtown core, this modern condo offers hotel-like amenities including 24-hour building concierge, indoor swimming pool and sauna, two fitness centres and a terrace with a BBQ. This one bedroom plus den comfortably sleeps 6, or keep the custom murphy bed and pull-out hidden away and enjoy the private bedroom and contemporary work space. Built in 2008, the condo was redecorated in 2012 with a clean modern style. The open floor plan is perfect for families or for executives working in the capital. The bedroom has a queen bed with a high-end memory foam mattress. The comfortable Murphy bed and sofa bed are both doubles. If you prefer a single cot is available upon request.

Parking available in the building for $12/night or $75/week.

We have another unit in the same building which is not advertised online (exactly the same on a lower floor). If your dates are not available, ask us about the other one. OR, travelling with more than 6 people or perhaps 2 families, we can give you a two-unit rate.

From the balcony or the large bedroom windows enjoy the view of the Market, the Parliament Buildings and the Gatineau Hills across the Ottawa River.

2nd floor: Enjoy a large outdoor terrace above the hustle and bustle of Rideau Street.

Everything about this condo was so delightful! It had everything from specialty coffee to a breathtaking view of Ottawa's downtown. The pool, sauna and outside patio/ party room were very well maintained and very private. The condo itself was clean, cozy and very up to date ! It was literally a home away from home. I will definitely be going back and recommend this spot to my friends and family. The customer service was 100% thanks Liisa :)
