amazing location and beautiful appartment. It has everything you might need and more. It is close to both the beach and all the shops but is set in a very peaceful area. It was really easy to drive all around Los Angeles from there. We would recommend to anyone!

Charming location

Lovely downstairs apartment that was charming and spacious. We live in Santa Monica part time but had guests staying with us and this rental was a perfect location. Even though it was close to so many places (beach, Promenade, Montana shops) it was so peaceful and a nice feeling of being at home. Location was very clean and updated throughout. Washer/Dryer was a big plus. Kitchen was well equipped and enabled us to enjoy cooking purchases from Farmer's Market which was a few blocks away. Owners were extremely nice and helpful to concerns/requests and offered great suggestions for the area. A perfect example of the best that Santa Monica has to offer. Jacquzzi tub was great. I miss the peaceful sounds of the fountains already. Will stay here again in the future. Definitely a small section of paradise.

Wonderful escape

It was a wonderful place to escape to. It had everything we needed for the week. The location is great to walk to the beach or the 3rd street promenade or even up Montana to the cool shops and restaurants there. Everything was exactly as described, very clean, great customer service and someplace I will go back to again.

A true hidden Paradise in Santa Monica

What a beautiful clean holiday home on 3rd Street - mins walk from Beach and the promenade - We (x2 adults + x2 children) were made very welcome - had use of their bikes. Excellent location, had a great week short drive to Hollywood and Malibu, only 50 mins to Disney and 40 mins to Six Flags (the best). Erin gave us good advise about where to go and what to do - You will love it here, Relaxing and cool in the perfect location.

Outstanding Vacation Spot

Our stay at 3rd & Paradise was absolutely perfect. This guest home is cozy, comfortable and immaculate!! Excellent decor and appliances. The location in Santa Monica is close to the beach, restaurants and shopping, we hardly used our vehicle. The owners provided everything we needed, gave us helpful information and could not have been more hospitable. We loved staying here and will definitely return. Thank you thank you!!
